dont go here. find another doctor more honest and patient with your time than bagheri. absolutely avoid. sparing details, the worst doctor i've ever been to. makes life complicated and zero communication pre, during, post treatment.

Dr Bagheri is kind, compassionate, dedicated, and a highly-skilled Dermatologist. She is always sincere and gives me her undivided attention, and answers any questions that I may have. She works tirelessly towards a healthy outcome. I've been her patient since 2009 in Riverside, and then when she moved her practice to Newport Beach, I drive (64 miles one-way) from Riverside County just to be treated by her. Very happy with Dr Bagheri and the amazing staff at the Irvine office and also the Newport Beach office. I've been going to Dr Bagheri for the past year and throughout multiple visits have been impressed with the services received and the way I have been welcomed and treated as a patient, and the time and care given at each visit. Dr. Bagheri is a warm & caring dermatologist who offers the utmost care to her patients. She treated my chronic rash & it has never came back since I saw her! I am so grateful for the care I received from Dr. Bagheri, and I can rest easy that my rash will not come back thanks to her treatment. I got a referral to Dr B for acne from my primary. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly and got a few topical creams for my acne. She saw me on a month by month basis and adjusted to what was working for my skin and what wasn’t. I listened to their recommendations and used simpler products which really helped my skin out. My acne is a lot better now and am happy with my results.

Dr. Bita Bagheri is very cordial and respectful of your time. She treats me with care and helps to remove any moles I have on my body and face. I have severe eczema, and the doctor prescribed effective medicine for it. After sampling the moles, Dr. Bita was so kind to call me personally and say that my moles were benign. Terrible and greedy doctor, she agreed to remove milia on my face, but she kept postponing and sold me expensive serum instead. What I wanted was removal, period. At the end I fought for office visit co-pay, since she was sitting a few feet away and just had a “talk” for a few minutes. Do not go.

I could not be more satisfied with Dr. Bagheri and her staff after my most recent visit. I'm so glad to have been a patient of 2 years and will continue recommending friends and colleagues to her. Other dermatologists were only interested in doing expensive lasers on me, but she cleared up my skin with prescription medication and I'm forever grateful that she took the time to care for me without selling me something useless and expensive.

In September, 2021, I was referred to Dr. Bagheri for a face rash. In the span of three months, I received three cancellations of my appointment due to her absence from he office in Irvine. On two other appointments there was never a confirmation of the appointment and what office I was to report to. I finally secured a zoom call so she could assess my rash. That required another act of congress. There was never a follow up call as to how my rash was reacting to the medication. The appointment I had for a follow-up was never confirmed by her office. This doctor is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever experienced....and her office staff reflect her behavior and unprofessionalism!! What a merry go round! Ten thumbs down for this doctor. I hope this review helps with a decision not to see her.

I’m in high school and had bad acne. Dr Bagheri gave me treatment to take my acne away, and she made sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate her grace and kindness.

I think she is a good medical doctor but she never takes the time to explain the procedures. On time I went in for a PDT treatment but she forgot why I was there. I wish she could just take the time to look me in the eye and ask if I have any concerns when she finds skin cancer on me. I leave with so many unanswered questions especially any follow up instructions on what I do when I leave. I have to search that on the internet. :(

She spent 5 minutes with me. That included a body scan and 2 pre cancer spots removed which didn't take.

I had an appointment with Dr. Bagheri's PA, Melissa Garcia, for some lip fillers and my sister also had an appointment for botox on her forehead. Melissa was so kind, easy to talk to, and professional. She is absolutely lovely and is an expert at making everything look natural, while also explaining important details along the way - I completely trust her with my skin and my face. Please avoid going to this doctor. She is a dishonest businesswoman rather than a dermatologist.She suggested a procedure (removing 3 pillar cysts from my scalp) with a surgent in her office.They provided 2 codes and I I checked the codes with the insurance, they said all is covered. At the surgery day, I paid the co-pay.Dr. Bagheri said you need to come 3 times to the office to remove the cysts.The surgent checked and said he could remove all on the same day and even applied some gel to start his work, but Dr. Bagheri dragged the surgent out of the room.Then the receptionist came to the room and told me if I want to do the surgery that day, I need to pay around $1.7k. I explained that I checked the codes with insurance and it is covered. She said now we 4 codes!. I said, let me take a picture of the codes,check it with my insurance, and decide.She didn't allow me, she didn't write them down to me and said they call me and provide the codes. never called, haven't responded my request.

I was referred to Dr. Bagheri because I had a rash/infection on my face that wouldn't go away. I've had it for months and it was getting worse. It was painful, itchy and looked bad. She gave me one treatment and it worked a little. Then the second wave of treatment got rid of it and I hasn't came back!! I absolutely lover her!!!

Dr. Bagheri is the BEST!!! Professional, caring, knowledgeable and kind. She really cares about her patients and gives them time and the most thorough treatment. I highly recommend her and feel blessed to have her office so close by for any dermatology needs.

My skin has never looked so clear! Went to Bita with bumps and redness. She diagnosed and cleared it up within days!

After coming back from Asia and getting a cut on his back, my boyfriend went here on a recommendation from a friend. Bita was so wonderful in the office with him, I decided to convert dermatology and medspa offices to Bita’s office. She knew immediately what was wrong with his cuts and prescribed accordingly. In no time, his cuts were healed. We were afraid it was going to take 3 or 4 different tries with medicine to clear it up. Side note: My Botox has never been better. She did it right there during his follow up visit. I was so impressed with her diversity in care. I’m always having to hop offices from dermatology to medspa and I finally don’t need to anymore. Dr Bagheri is an exceptional physician. She is a kind and caring person and an excellent doctor. In all the years as a patient, Dr. Bagheri has treated numerous conditions and saved me from skin cancer. In my opinion, she is the best out there and I highly recommend her. Dr Bagheri always goes the extra mile for her patients.

I would highly recommend Dr. Bagheri as she is the best dermatologist I have ever seen! Most physicians I had seen in the past would simply ask me my symptoms, write a prescription and leave the room within 5-10 minutes. Dr. B took the time to get to know me, dive deeper into my skin health over time and came up with a game plan to get my improve my skin. Dr Bagheri and her team are fantastic. Had a serious scare with skin cancer and Dr Bagheri’s personal interest in my care and health was unmatched. Her team (Chad and McKenna) are great and helpful. Have had multiple treatments in the office and the level of care is excellent and personalized.

The doctor always gets my questions answered. Even outside of office hours, someone will respond to my messages. The receptionist is beautiful, welcoming, and friendly and she constantly has a smile on her face. I will recommend this practice to all my friends and family.

All the positive reviews are not correct or fake I agree with the other reviews my experience with Dr Bagheri was not good, just wanted to run from her office. Dr was not professional, not organized, did not like questions, seemed irritated on the top of that did not check my skin and froze spots she did not even look having clothes on

It's always a pleasure to visit Dr Bita, especially in her new private practice at Hoag Newport Beach. Her new office is a professional showplace--spotless, a friendly receptionist, no long waits on the phone--and her professionalism as a Dermatologist is off-the-charts. She emphasizes diagnosis and treatment over cosmetics. Of course I'd expect nothing less from an Ivy-League educated doctor--8-years at the University of Pennsylvania, with residency at Columbia. What's not to like about this cutting-edge doctor who finished at the very top of her class at Penn Med? Up in L.A. all of my specialists were at Cedars-Sinai, St. John's, UCLA & USC; I'm happy to say that Dr Bita fits right in with the very best of those top L.A. doctors. 5 FULL STARS!!

I saw Dr. Bagheri with my six year old son about a week ago. My son had a rash that she diagnosed within seconds, and reassured me that it was common and treatable. Low and behold... after a few days of using the medicine, the rash was completely gone. As a mom that works in healthcare (RN here ??), I see the way doctors interact with their patients all day long, and I can say with certainty that physicians of Dr. Bagheri’s caliber and few and far between. She is sweet, patient and genuine. She spent time getting to know my son and I, and I would happily recommend her to anyone in need of a dermatologist. I even scheduled my mom to come in for a skin check next week since it’s been a while. ??????????

I had a wonderful visit. Very thorough yearly exam.

The first visit I called to see if the office was running on time, the receptionist said yes yet 1 waited for 45 min before going into a room. There was no table paper on the chair, the floor was dirty, & I wasn’t given a gown. The doctor looked up my diagnosis on her phone and read it to me (which I could have done myself.) The second visit nothing had improved I had tried 2 different medications. I was frustrated and asking questions which seemed to annoy the doctor and she left and had the MA explain the rest to me. I’d definitely go somewhere else. I won’t be going back.

I find it hard to trust 5 star reviews these days because I’ve had a few places offer me gifts if I gave them a 5 star review which takes away the genuineness of the review... I found this office to be one of those places. The amount of good reviews it had and the experience I had were completely different. The doctor was not patient or attentive, she seemed all over the place. She came into the room reading notes of a patient chart that had nothing to do with me. Not sure if it was the wrong chart or she thought I was someone else or what happened. She wanted to biopsy a lot of moles I’ve had for a long time that look the same and when I questioned it she said oh never mind these couple can stay. The staff seemed stressed. The receptionist was got up and walked away for a few minutes stating I’m going to loose my mind while there was someone trying to check out and I was waiting to check out myself. I could go on and on, but I’d rather just go to a different office.

RUN! Of all the dermatology offices in SoCal avoid this one at all costs. The doctor was extremely short with me, unprofessional, unorganized, and clearly just wanted to get in and out of the room as fast as possible. She did not like that I had questions of my own to ask. I will never go back.

Dr. Bagheri is a very friendly doctor. She went out of her way to help me with something I needed to have excised. Her staff was very entertaining during the procedure. She provided very clear aftercare instructions and set realistic expectations for my recovery process. I would happily recommend her to any of my friends who needed to be seen for dermatology.

I love Dr Bagheri, she is so attentive to her patients. I just recently started seeing her. My husband is also seeing her. She went above and beyond to help me get my treatments done quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful. She really is thorough and shows great compassion for her patients. Dr. Bita is the best doctor I have dealt with. She is easy to talk to and she really takes her time with you. Her staff is fabulous! They are very friendly! Thank you all for your attentive care!?? We love you!

Doctor was more concerned about not seeing my son “for free” than anything else. She walked in, asked if we had a referral to be seen, we said no and then she walked out. We are a PPO insurance.. we’ve never needed a referral to be seen before. About a half hour later she came in again with a staff member who stated we didn’t need a referral to be seen. The doctor was unapologetic for making us wait over an hour at this point and spent 10 minutes with us. I don’t usually go out of my way to write bad reviews but as we were patiently waiting to be seen because of this referral issue I heard her having a full on personal conversation that lasted about 10 minutes right outside our door and asking/begging other people to write her good reviews. Really unprofessional

I have been seeing Dr. B for the past 6 months for my adult acne. Prior to seeing her, I had experienced cystic acne for time to time that had persisited over several years. After seeing her, I had noticeable improvement within the first few weeks and have experienced nearly 100% improvement at this point. She seems very knowledgeable and is happy to answer any questions you may have. I had seen numerous dermatologists in the past that were never able to truly solve my issue. I would highly recommend her services!

I woke up one morning with a head to toe rash. Dr Bagheri stayed late to fit me in to her schedule to help me, and help me get the most affordable medications through my insurance. She followed up with me weekly to make sure the rash didn’t leave any scarring. She is amazing!

Dr. Bagheri has been treating me for the better part of 10 years. As an avid golfer and surfer, I am in the sun a lot, which means I have to get checked regularly. She's cut some stuff off my lip over the years, which isn't too painful. I guess better than getting full blown skin cancer. Dr. B is pretty funny, always trying to deflect when she's freezing or cutting something off. I like her and am glad thatshe has moved her practice closer to where I live in Newport.

Dr. Bageri is my 3rd dermatologist. I wish I had found her sooner. She’s knowledgeable, thorough, personal and very humorous. No sooner I left her office, I looked forward to my next visit. I trust her very very much.

If you are looking for a doctor whose office operates like that of an actual health care provider rather than a day spa, look elsewhere. If you hope to see Dr. Bagheri rather than a PA, expect to wait a month for an appointment. Also, don't expect to wait less than 30-45 minutes for a scheduled appointment, and don't expect the front desk to offer anything more than an obligatory apology for the inconvenience, or an opportunity to reschedule.

I found Dr. Bagheri! Her new offices are in the Hoag Medical Buildings in Newport Beach. It is a beautiful space, technologically upgraded, and her staff is very friendly! I'm so glad she stayed in So Cal! I would send everyone to Dr. Bagheri!

I never saw Dr. Bagheri. I was told my appointment was for 11:45am, arrive 15 minutes early. The office was packed with patients. I waited 15 minutes past my appt. time and asked if the doctor was running late, I was told yes. I explained again, I was on my lunch hour, she asked me to hold on. A patient came up behind me, very upset, he had been waiting over 50 minutes. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule. As if my time has no value whatsoever. With the drive there, I lost more than an hour.
