I brought my husband to this ENT doctor at the recommendation of his general practitioner. We went for two reasons, wax buildup, and dizziness. For the wax buildup, she didn’t even try to remove any, just told us to go home and put hydrogen peroxide drops in the ear to loosen it. For the dizziness we were hoping she would try the Epley maneuver, but she did not. Instead, she said she would do a referral for us for vestibular rehabilitation. She never did the referral. (If she did do the referral we never got it.) We were in her presence probably a grand total of four minutes. I would not go back to this doctor nor recommend her to anyone else.

I have had two appointments and each time I have waited for at least 45 minutes in the waiting area each time. My last visit other patients were being called back before me and you would think that the people at the front desk would let me know as to why I haven’t been called back but they didn’t.

She done my surgery on my sinuses and done an excellent job.

Very caring doctor that took care of my health with lots of concern and ability to correct problem.

Dr Durand got rid of a cough I had for years from post nasal drip. One of the best things I ever did was seeing her.

She is so rude I’m asking about something she said I don’t have x rays in my eyes that make me feel badly.

My son has chronic ear infections and has been seeing DR. Durrand for 22 years. I can't say enough good things about her and her entire staff including the professionalism of her office associates. Thank you Dr.Durrand for being real and caring about your patients and their families.

Front desk clerk expects you to sign electronic document even after pointing out name is spelled wrong. I refused to sign

Great doctor, but I have had 4 appointments and I have waited at least 45 min to be seen. This is not fun when you have kids and stuck in a small room.
