I asked her should i take her to the hospital if her fever stays this high she said no just bring her back and we will give her a shot, they didn't explain to me why her fever is high and mind you it was the FLU season. They didn't test her for the flu absolutely nothing. So when my insurance ended they decided to test her for everything and wanted me to pay out of pocket! They are ONLY MONEY HUNGRY! Scheduled first time appointment 1 month in advance. Called the day of appointment to ask if there was an earlier time I can come. Was told absolutely no problem come 30 minutes early. Coming with 3 year old twins and a helper to assist during appointment. Came on time, lot's of people in waiting room. Told roughly 20 min so went for a walk. Came back number of people increased. Waited another hour. Finally was taken to the back by a nurse to a room and told one patient ahead of us. Sat in room for 15 min went to hallway and saw that the patient before us hasn't even been seen. Waited another 15 min again prior patient not yet seen. Went to the front and advised that we would be leaving as 2 hours was absurd and extremely unprofessional. Girl in front informed me that if I would've come at my original time I would've waited even longer (as if I should have been grateful for a 2 hour wait). Left and will not be coming back.
