Best eye exam I’ve had in years. Dr. Altman was very thorough and took his time with me. I appreciated that he listened to all my questions & concerns and alleviated any concerns I had.

Dr Altman and his staff are phenomenal. The customer service and patient care is unmatched. Brittany’s dedication to her position and Aprima’s patients is at the level all people should aspire to regardless of profession. They are my family now and I appreciate them more than I can articulate. Thank you guys for helping me see again.

I had an unfortunate event happen to me on a Sunday morning, of all times! I experienced a fairly large blood vessel hemorrhage in my eye and I panicked, not knowing the cause or the expected aftermath. Because it was a Sunday morning, I could not reach anyone from my health insurance and did not want to incur the cost of walking into the emergency room. So it occurred to me, since it was in my eye, to call my optometrist. Their office was closed, too, but I left a message anyway. Well incredibly, Dr. Altman called me back within 20 minutes- on a Sunday morning! I was so very grateful to him for his responsiveness in a situation where I did not know what was happening or where to turn! Nonetheless, Dr. Altman talked me through the situation, told me what to do and completely calmed my concerns. He was so very fantastic, which I already knew, because he takes care of my entire family, but this was an emergency situation for me and he was there. I followed up with a comprehensive eye exam with him and found that all was well. Thank you, Dr. Altman, for your expertise and support- I appreciate you! We absolutely had the best experience with Dr. Altman and his entire staff. From the minute we walked in we were treated with care and concern. Even though it was our first visit, we felt like old friends! We actually look forward to our next visit and we would highly recommend Aprima !

Dr. Altman and his staff are amazing, kind people. Every experience my family had had has been enjoyable and timely! I may spend a lot of time looking at glasses but they always make me feel that they want me to find the right pair so encourage me to take my time. BUYER BEWARE! PROS: Dr. Altman is very friendly and is wonderful with kids, really a great guy. Also, beautiful office with nicely designed interior spaces. CONS: Front office staff Courtney, not so much. Friendly, and eager to up-sell at first, but BUYER BEWARE: If there is a problem with the order, her helpful, friendly attitude drops immediately and suddenly "it's the customer's fault" and you're wasting her time. Dr. Altman is always so nice and helpful, but my wife is always treated extremely rude by Courtney at the front desk. She always has an attitude and the customer is always to blame for everything. My wife had ordered some contacts, but a few days later we were told they were on back order and would not arrive on time. Courtney asked if we wanted to cancel the order and order a different kind that would be in sooner. We agreed and said we would pick up as soon as possible as we were going on vacation. My wife comes in a week later to pick up the new contacts and she is told she must pay $20 to return the contacts we originally ordered because we "waited so long" to come pick them up. This was never expressed over the phone or mentioned before now. Needless to say, Courtney was extremely rude and acted like we were to blame for all of it. Like I said, Dr. Altman, himself, is an awesome eye doctor, but it's just the front office that is causing us to take our business elsewhere. I got a pair of glasses and sunglasses from Aprima. Courtnie was very knowledgeable about the frames sizes and what would fit my face. She was helpful with choosing new frames and answered all questions and concerns. I love my decision and will be returning! My family and I have been going to Dr. Altman for many years. He's nice, attentive, thorough, and professional. The Aprima office is both modern and comfortable. Dr. Altman uses current diagnostic/treatment technology to ensure that complex eye conditions are treated properly. Dr. Brad Altman and his Assistant Courtnie are absolutely amazing. Having personally struggled for TWO years post - LASIK and fighting to stay faithful that one day I would be able to see clearly again, they answered my prayers. With a kindness, attentive attitude, experience and professionalism they guided me through the process of finding the solution that was right for my unique situation. This practice specializes in treating patients with complicated situations. I only wish I would have found them sooner, but am so grateful that I did. Courtney and Dr.Altman were very on target on what I was looking for in glasses.I went in very undecided and Courtney walked me right through the process and even took the time to go through twenty pairs to get the right look for me.I am very pleased with the service but especially the new glasses ,I CAN SEE!!!!!
