I’ve been a patient of Dr. Gerdes’ for more than 20 years — since around 1995. Always had a great experience, not a single issue or concern over the years. The entire staff are great, scheduling, billing, treatment are all top notch.

I have been going to Dr.Gerdes for 14 years. He is the best dentist - so kind and compassionate and technically skilled. His staff is amazing. From his hygienists to his assistant -Janal - to his receptionist, Sandy. They treat you like family. In emergency situations, Dr. Gerdes is so responsive and sets a plan of action- whether it’s an immediate appointment with a sprecialist, getting you into his own office or getting you antibiotics when you’re out of town. I totally trust Dr. Gerdes with my teeth! Dr. Gerdes is skilled and professional, knowledgable about his field, and sensitive to his patient's dental needs. With a great sense of humor, and extremely competent staff in the office, it is an actual pleasure to get the reminder card saying it is time to go in for a cleaning. I have been coming to Dr. Gerdes since I was 4 years old and I have always looked forward to my visits. Every time I drive past the office I make sure to tell whoever I’m with how great my dental expirence has been. All the hygienists, Dr.Gerdes, and the woman at the front desk are incredibly friendly and always genuinely interested in your life or whatever it is you want to talk about. While I have a cleaning or some sort of a filling or something I feel like I am more than just a patient. They will inform me of what they are doing while they do it, they will reassure me if there are any concerns or if there is any sense of unsureness, they offer breaks for a tired mouth (but I don’t need them), and I always learn something about my teeth! Overall this place is absolutely wonderful: I feel so comfortable to say whatever is on my mind even if it has nothing to do with dentistry and I have 100% trust in whatever they do! I trust they all have my best interests in mind and that I’m getting high quality dental care. That’s the bottom line. I like that Dr. Gerdes and his assistant always take time to explain the care needed and what the options are. The entire staff are always super friendly and comforting.

I had an extreme fear of dentistry and rarely went unless I had to. We recently moved to the area and heard raving reviews about Dr. Gerdes and his team, so I thought I’d give it a shot and I now know why he came highly recommended. I felt completely at ease with his friendly staff and their accommodations for my anxiety needs from the moment I walked in and for the first time in years. My initial appointment was great and opened my mind up to relieve the fear as they were gentle and educated me as to what they were doing. My second visit was great too! (And I never thought I would ever say that.) They knew who I was and remembered things I had said six months prior which made me feel like they’re dedicated to their patients. I've been a patient with Dr. Gerdes for about 15 years. He and his staff are professional, courteous and kind. Dr. Gerdes has seen my children since they were very young and is wonderful with children as well. Dr. Gerdes is very knowledgeable and made proper recommendations for when I needed to consult with an orthodontist for my children. He consistently provides me feedback as to what treatments I might need in the future so that I have forewarning and can better plan my treatments. They have provided excellent dental care for me since my childhood, whether in the form of routine cleanings or guidance about braces and wisdom teeth. Now, as an adult, I continue going to them since they know me well and I trust them. The clinic environment is welcoming, and Dr. Gerdes and his staff are all friendly and professional, making me and other patients feel comfortable. During my time in college (out of state), they went out of their way to help me schedule appointments during my breaks at home, and they continue to give me tips and encouragement for maintaining good oral health. I have been seeing Dr. Gerdes and his staff since 2010 and since then my mouth has never felt better. When I first started seeing him I knew I needed a decent amount of work done along with having gum issues. He worked on a treatment plan with me that was not too overwhelming and also achievable. He also referred me to a periodontist that was with in my insurance plan and in which he worked together with in order to get my gums back to a healthy state. Through out all my treatment the entire staff was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. They were always willing to work around my schedule and took time to explain to me all procedures and answer all of my questions. Whenever I have had an emergency they were also very flexible and able to get me in for an appointment right away. I highly recommend Dr. Gerdes and his staff to all my family and friends. I honestly could not see myself seeing any other dentist now that I have had such amazing care at their office. Thanks for all you have done!
