I made my co-payment in advance, just like all other Dr offices. I didn't get "stuck" with a bill--I got pre-authorization from my insurance company. This is not a site to give feedback on your insurance company. All my options were explained in advance, I was VERY well informed. When I chose surgery, all the risks were explained very clearly. All my questions were answered, and I asked a lot. Dr. Webb is pleasant, patient and speaks clearly for the layman. His work is a masterpiece!

Got stuck with a $400 bill for a cortisone shot. Billing staff is very unknowledgeable and rude. And my foot still hurts!!

I went in for ankle pain and Dr. Webb was very kind and explained my options before just jumping straight into the surgical option. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely return to his office again.

My first visit was for a broken little toe, he seemed like he was concerned about my situation, we did have a good laugh about how it happened. Taught me how to tape it so that it would heal correctly. Second visit was for my right foot arch, he came in and we chatted about my foot and my ankle came up with a way to heal it and strengthen it. All times that I have been in to see Dr. Webb he has been friendly and seems concerned about me and my well being. the office gals are also very pleasant.

Dr. Webb and his office staff are super nice people and very accommodating, but the results I had from surgery left me worse off than before I even had the surgery.

Would never see him again. He wants to sell you everything he can.
