Dr. Ellison is very professional and caring. He listens to what I have to say. You don’t get the feeling that he wants to make the appointment as short as possible.

Wonderful Dr and staff very helpful and freindly. Answers most to all question ask and makes you feel comfortable.

The Ortho Carolina facility on Copperfield in Concord is set up well. On site doctors, PAs, NPs, X-ray, and Physical Therapy take care of you without having to travel to another location (except for surgery). The staff is always friendly, and the providers always take their time to understand your needs. The online patient portal makes it easy to communicate without a phone call. I used the other building site where surgery is done twice and everyone is so professional, friendly, and caring...it makes the experience much less stressful. I'll continue to use Ortho Carolina if I have any future issues. This place is a model for how a health care facility should be built. I’ve been a patient of ORTHOCAROLINA Concord for several years. Not continuously for one specific issue but a few different issues on and off. I had 2 lower back surgeries at a very young age of 21yrs, then again at 29yrs. History of bursitis, tendinitis, and most recently a labriel tear in my hip joint. All of which I blame from playing sports all of my school age years. One thing is for certain, no matter what the situation is or has been, Dr.E (Dr Bradley Ellison), Gregg Graham, and Miss Jessica have ALWAYS went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I’m taken care of and that I NEVER leave my appt with unanswered questions. I needed a third knee replacement which is the first on my left knee. The first two on the right knee were a horrible experience with days in the hospital and weeks of recovery. I was nervous about this replacement because it was outpatient. Home right after surgery the same day. Today 6 weeks after surgery I'm over physical theraphy. This experience was wonderful. I am much further in recovery. Dr Ellison and his staff were wonderful and their process is unbelievable compared to the old experience. I can't give them enough praise for helping me so much. Orthocarolina is a great place, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dr. Ellison did a great job replacing my knee last year. Great job. Well pleased.

Dr Ellison was quick to diagnose my hip pain. He took the time to explain the diagnosis to me. He is trying Meds instead of sending me immediately for hip surgery. I would recommend Dr Ellison to those with Hip or Knee problems.

Dr Ellison was very personable and knowledgeable of a quadriceps rupture. Answer the question I had throughly. Was great knowing success should ~ 95%….

Making the appointment was easy. They worked with me to find a time that worked for me. Dr Ellison was attentive and explained about the next steps to improve my knee pain. Dr Ellison is a great Doctor. He does not rush thru but listens ask questions and does test . He makes a plan to fix problems. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr Ellison very highly.

Ortho Carolina is an awesome clinic. Staff very professional and courteous. Appointment time waits are very short. Dr Ellison is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. Vey compassionate and knowledgeable. I travel 4 hours just to go to this clinic.

Dr. Bradley Ellison is an awesome orthopedic surgeon. I’ve had several surgeries since 1988 on the same knee and finally at the age of 47, I needed a total complete knee replacement. I few years ago I also needed a new orthopedic doctor (mine retired) so I seen another doctor in the office of Ortho Carolina who was retiring in a few months. He referred me to Dr. Bradley Ellison. First question I asked was he in this for the long hall, and was he planning on staying in NC for several years because I definitely do not like switching surgeons. He said yes to all questions. So we started talking about my issues. We did the shots every 6 months for a few years til the damage was done and no shots or medication would help. My knee started giving out, The pain was unbearable, bone on bone so I went to see Dr. Ellison again and he said it’s time for the total knee replacement. He explains Everything. He’s not a rush in rush out doctor, he truly cares and asks if you have any questions. Super nice, knows his stuff, great bedside manors, and wants to help get you back to 100% or as close as possible. Definitely a keeper in the Orthopedic Surgeon field! Dr. Ellison is a wonderful physician, very personable and pleasant. He has always taken time to really listen to any questions and problems you may be having and how you’re doing. During my experience with a knee replacement, he was compassionate and empathetic from the surgery, hospital stay, rehab, follow ups and continued care. People in the Concord location were helpful and friendly. Dr. Ellison took time to show and explain the x-ray of my knee. He discussed options with me and was understanding of my thoughts about timing of further action. I’m glad to have found someone to help in the care of my aging knee.

Dr. Ellison was thorough and did an excellent job of assessing the issue with my knee and helping me understand what I needed to do to obtain the best results. He exhibited a genuine concern for helping me, and I wish all of my medical providers were like Dr. Ellison!

I have been going to Ortho Carolina for years now...7+? Anyway, I never have had a bad experience, from 'checking in' to "checking out". The entire staff is always so pleasant and I love my Ortho Dr's! I have moved away to SC (3 hrs away) and I still come back there. It's all about who you trust. I had a Total Knee Replacement 4 yrs ago and possibly facing another on the other knee. I will definitely go back there to have the surgery done! Review/Artence Freeman My visit to Ortho Carolina, Concord, NC was a very pleasant experience. Starting at the front desk their staff was friendly and professional making me feel welcome. My wait was of reasonable length and once taken back x-rays were quickly taken. A few minutes after being brought back to the exam room Dr. Bradley Ellison came in for my exam and to go over the x-rays with me. He explained the procedure I needed to me clearly and in non-medical language I understood. Dr. Ellison has a very good patient side manner and puts you at ease. I met with Dr Ellison on August 28 2019 for have swelling and pain in my left knee. The office is always courteous and my wait was not bad. Upon having xray this is rhuemotoid arthritic in the knee. Dr Ellison is attentive and compassionate in his profession and after sharing different options he was able to administer a cortisone shot in my knee and gave me samples to help with my pain and a plan to get these with prescription if helps. I had my total knee replacement surgery performed by Dr Bradley Ellison at Lake Norman Regional Hospital. I highly recommend both the surgeon and the facility. Dr Ellison did everything he could to make me comfortable and pain free. The facility has specialized their units. The unit I was in cares for just joint replacements. There were freexers in each room for the patients ice packs. I highly recommend Dr Ellison and Lake Norman Regional. I had arthritis in my knee and had to get a knee replacement. I went to Dr Ellison and after the first steroid injection, my knee felt better for 3 months. Pain returned but the joint was eroded and non repairable. Dr Ellison did my knee replacement a year ago and has done numerous follow up visits with me to address any issues that i have had. I am not completely pain free but my knee is far more stable than the original and the pain is very much decreased. I would recommend him to others for this procedure if anyone ever needs this done. Dr. Bradley Ellison is a caring gifted physician and joint surgeon. He has replaced my hip and knee and looks like he may eventually do the other hip and knee. With my knee replacement I have experienced continuing pain...Dr. Ellison is focused on finding out why.
