Dr. Bradley Paul Mackler

Dr. Mackler is very knowledgeable and current in his practice. He is up on the latest management of IBS and GERD and can explain things in a way you understand. I really like having my procedures done at his endoscopy center.

I had an appointment schedule that needed to be changed due to me having to see my urologist the same day as my appointment with Dr. Meckler. I called almost a month ahead to reschedule my appointment and they had to Know why I was rescheduling. Then when I asked is I would still have my Colonoscopy before the end of December since I was headed south at the end of December the person got a little irritated and said no telling as we will just have to see how the schedule goes. After calling and getting schedule with another Doctor I felt it better to cancel this appointment. I do not need to pay anyone to give me an attitude about appointment changes or deal with their inability to confirm I would still be done before the end of the year. Life is difficult enough these day then getting an attitude from anyone who is actually working for me. I called another Doctor who I had seen before who had moved away and now has moved back and got my appointment set very easily.

I would give it a zero. Has no bed side manner. Was in the hospital didn’t even come in to explain about anything that he done what he found nothing. He was both my husband and I doctor and we are both not happy at all with him. My husband is in the hospital now had to receive blood and got a colonoscopy the same day. Told him nothing about what he did I called never received a call from him. With COVID it’s very hard when you can’t be in the room to see and hear what’s happening especially when the person is older. He should’ve gave the spouse a call to let them know. Very unhappy with this doctor

Dr. Mackler is very caring and knowledgeable and has a great endoscopy center and staff.

I trusted Dr. Mackler with my health as a very sick young person. I was a fool and almost died because I thought he had the knowledge and experience to help. He didn't, and many years later I finally accept that he was not/has not been a good doctor. I should have learned from others experiences with the unprofessional conduct and their experiences. Don't be like me, don't trust him with your health, there are much better doctors in the area than Dr. Mackler.

I was a patient with Dr. Mackler for too long, I suffered for so long as he failed to help because I wanted to believe my doctor knew how best to treat me. I wish I chose a different gastroenterologist, the physical damage from years going untreated properly has been considerable. It took a different, more knowledgeable doctor ten minutes to diagnose and treat my health problem. I'm not here to bash Dr. Mackler, but please consider other options, I have nothing to gain by posting this. I just don't want others to make the mistake I did. You deserve better.

Staff are very friendly. Doc will drop you as a patient immediately if you cancel an appointment at his Endoscopy Center. Also if you have any complex problem.

Calling the office to make the appointment was easy. However, once my appointment came I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes and than in the room for the doctor for an additional 20 minutes. Dr. Mackler was courteous and ordered a colonoscopy. Over all the whole appointment went well. Would only improve wait time. Longest I have waited at an appointment to be seen.

Dr. Mackler and his staff are one-of-a-kind. The girls go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed to the practice. Dr. Mackler is a class act. Funny, sincere and down to earth. He explained why he was ordering the test he was and what to expect. I would strongly recomment him for your new Gastroenterologist.

Wish I could give more 5 stars !. From the time I made my initial pre-op appt (Nov 15, 2018 till my discharge from Seaford Endoscopy on Jan 17, 2019, I can’t say enough good things about the whole process !!! This practice was set up professionally and with the patients care utmost in their minds. Everyone (!) was great, no sour apples in this practice. Greatest kudos to you Dr Mackler ! Office visit, pre-op, procedure, post-op were exemplary! Would wholeheartedly recommend this practice !!! ??

Dr Mackler and his staff at both the office and the endoscopy center are very professional and courteous. They make the whole experience very smooth! They are thorough but work in a timely manner. Dr Mackler came and saw me after my procedure and ensured that I understood all of my discharge instruction and diagnoses. Would recommend Dr Mackler to everyone!

Dr. Mackler is caring, down to earth, and he took time to explain the findings from the procedure.

Great staff and Dr. Mackler is down to earth. My procedure went smoothly and would highly recommend him if you need a Gastroenterologist.
