I can't begin to tell you how grateful and how fortunate I am to have Dr.Pickett. He was extremely personable and made me comfortable right away. He took his time, did not rush me and was extremely thorough. He answered all of ma questions and addressed my concerns honestly. . I'm fortunate he is my doctor!

Although Dr Pickett is a competent physician his incompetent staff undermines all value you may expect from this clinic. Go somewhere else!

Dec 2013 I was an assault victim. Dr. Pickett and one of his partners spent 12 hours putting the left side of my face, neck and ear together. For the next 2 years dr. Pickett saw me every 6 months and watched the progress of my healing. Dr. Pickett it's very sweet, kind, and caring. I highly recommend him to all my family and friends.

My husband has been struggling with hearing loss. His audiologist referred him to a different ENT for an unusual “growth” on his left eardrum. The ENT had no idea why the eardrum looked unusual and prescribed an antibiotic. For two months we kept going back for more follow-up and received more prescriptions for these expensive antibiotics. Finally, the ENT referred my husband to Dr. Pickett. He is very personable & professional. He examined both my husband’s ears & immediately diagnosed & resolved the problem. It was not a growth, but a build-up of debris, which he removed. He also had his audiologist give my husband a baseline test & gave us a lot of helpful information about my husband’s type of hearing loss. Kind, compassionate and professional physician. I trusted him with out hesitation to do 2 surgeries for my Cochlear implants. This doctor truly cares about his patients.

I appreciate Dr. Pickett. He is a skilled surgeon and has an amazing bedside manner. We were so grateful to find him when my husband made the decision to get a cholera implant. I recommend him highly to anyone who has concerns about their hearing and is considering this surgery.

Flippant, uncaring, uninterested and unprofessional are impressions left with me from my 2 visits with Bradley Pickett. He was unprepared, flustered, and overall completely out of touch with what was taking place at my follow up. If you are in need of help from an Otolaryngologist, Bradley Pickett is not worth waiting the six months for an initial visit and one and a half months for a follow up. He is not capable of helping because of his detached and uninterested attitude towards patients.

Dr. Pickett treated me at Walter Reed Army Hospital in 1992. I had frontal nasal surgery, and a craniotomy ( due to a massive mucous seal ). It was a very delicate and risky procedure and I was given a 50/50 chance of survival. With a team of other physicians including a neuro surgeon, ophthalmologist and ENT, my surgery and recovery went very well. If I could give Dr. Pickett a rating of ten stars I would. He literally saved my life and my husband and I are very greatful.
