AWFUL! DO NOT GO I was charged two no show fees for appointments I rescheduled days in advance or that never existed at all! When I kept calling multiple times to follow up on the charges the "accountant" refused to help me and kept saying I owed it........how can I owe something that never existed!? I now have a collections on my credit report and no way to fight it. Completely unacceptable. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED FOR "MISSING" APPOINTMENTS THAT NEVER EXISTED. I am in the mental health field myself and hope my thoughts and personal experience may be helpful to others. I find Dr. Brenda Ringle to be the calm in the storm. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and has helped me enormously. I have also had the pleasure of referring many people to Dr. Ringle and their feedback has been equally positive. To a one they have expressed their gratitude for the knowledge, compassion and positive results they have experienced while under the care of Dr.Ringle. I can say with complete confidence that I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Ringle. She is a leader in the field of psychiatry and still brings such warmth to her practice. In closing, Linda the office manager has always been amazing in her quick responses when I have requested either an appointment or had other questions. Brenda ringel review If I could give zero stars I would. It was the RECEPTIONIST. She told me I sounded young and then asked me age.??? Who does that?? NEVER ask a woman her age especially if that was not my question in the first place. Come on lady! All I asked was if she was seeing new patients. She also didn’t believe I was being treated. “She said with an attitude do you even see a psychiatrist” She also made me name my psychiatrist which is funny. Just another sign she didn’t believe me. Since I was 12 I have been seeing a psychiatrist I am on venlafauxine, clonazepam, propanol, and was recently prescribed mirtazapine due to my weight loss. She made me list off all my drugs because she didn’t believe me and I am sure she did not write them down. Shame on you I am in severe need of mental health and she said “good luck”. I wish I would have gotten her name. It seems like a small business so there’s probably one or two receptionist. ***Dr. Ringel, coastal psychiatric(my previous psychiatrist had the same issue with the front desk staff.) They need to have better bed side manners and realize we are very ill, sensitive, and on the verge of tears. What happened to your compassion? Maybe it’s time the RECEPTIONIST retire. She has COMPASSION FATIGUE. Maybe the RECEPTIONIST hates her life. Poor her. Dear Receptionist, never say “HOW OLD ARE YOU? Dr. Ringel is by far one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure of being in the care of. She is very knowledgeable in her field, and pays close attention to the needs of her patients. I've seen many psychiatrists over the years. She's by far the best I've ever seen. She really knows her stuff when it comes to medication and she's a great listener: caring, non-judgemental, understanding and very approachable. I've very comfortable talking to Dr. Ringel, so glad I found her.

She is professional without seeming unapproachable and offers insight without judgement. In the event that you have Rx difficulties (price, out of stock, etc.), Dr. Ringel will go above and beyond to remedy the situation. Above all, she really listens to you.
