Horribly rude staff and scheduling team. Very disrespectful even if it's your first time calling them.

This review is in regards to the scheduling staff. Upon calling to schedule an appointment as a new patient, I was informed that Dr Allmon would not have availability until mid-April (with a chuckle). The lady on the phone did not present a pleasant nature, but rather an annoyed, condescending tone. When asked if there was a wait list to possibly be on to secure an earlier appointment if a cancelation occurred, I was told no. It was explained, if someone canceled or failed to show, then the day just went on. It is imperative that an office leave a positive first impression whether it be telephonically or in-person. The first point of contact is pivotal in cultivating a new and amicable relationship and this office fell short.

I found Dr. Brent Allmon about a decade ago. I've been so impressed. As I've moved out of middle age into over 60, he's helped me manage health issues and lose a huge amount of weight. I've made him my permanent physician.

Been seeing Dr Allmon for 15years and I can't say enough good about this doctor. Both his listening and communication skills are top. Dr Allmon gives it to you straight in a way that makes one think about your health and making decisions in maintaining it. Dr Allmon has always made sure I knew what to expect with my personal health to make solid recommendations as I grow older. Thank You Doctor commitment for your patients well being.

Dr. Allmon has been my primary doctor for a decade. I have been through surgeries, high blood pressure, bronchitis, flu, and cancer. He has been there whenever I needed him or to refer me to a specialist. He is professional, up to date on my many surgeries, and never makes me feel rushed. His nurse, Erin, is just as great. So as I had my first telecommunication visit today, I was pleased but not surprised to receive the same quality care.

Excellent doctor! He is caring, informative, and takes all the time you need to answer questions. He makes your problems his solutions. I would highly recommend Dr. Allmon to everyone!

Dr. Allmon has been my and my wife's physician for many years and has always efficiently and effectively handled any and all maladies we've thrown his way. He is patient and kind with our sometimes rambling descriptions of what's ailing us and has never failed to properly diagnose and treat the issue. We feel as though he approaches our issues with the same care he would give to a member of his family and we really appreciate everything he does. We wouldn't go to anyone else.

Dr. Allomon and his PA misdiagnosed my husband in March 2019. My husband had three visits concerning a persistent cough that he had been dealing with. They continued to write him prescriptions for cough syrup and antibiotics. The final straw for my husband was on the third visit, the PA wanted to give him allergy medications. My husband HAD TO ASK for a chest x-ray and THANK GOD he did!!! His x-ray found a grapefruit sized tumor in his chest which came to be Large B Cell Lymphoma. I have been waiting for a long time to write this review because I am so disappointed in Dr. Allomon and his PA. They were so quick to write prescriptions for my husband instead of really taking the time to figure out what was going on with him. Could you imagine if my husband would not have asked for that x-ray?

Dr. Allmon and staff are always friendly, courteous and very professional. We have been patients of Dr. Allmon for 9 years and found him to be an excellent diagnostician. He is informative and truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Allmon is an outstanding doctor. He cares about the patient very much. he always spends time educating me about how diet and exercise can affect your health, He provides information (article print outs and book references) as additional resource I can use to become healthier. Dr. Allmon goes the extra step, and that's because he truly cares. I have ben a patient of Dr. Allmon's for 14 years!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Allmon for over 10 years. He is personable, thorough, and well organized. He is a very good communicator and explains everything very well using visuals if necessary. I highly recommend him as I already have to our friends.

Dr Allmon is an excellent doctor who listens and is very knowledgeable and caring. The staff is great and Erin especially is always helpful. I look forward to my visits as I know my concerns are always answered. I have recommend him to family and friends

Erin the medical assist is completely rude at all times. I was happy with Dr. Allmon but can not manage to interact with such a rude woman.

Both of my parents, my husband and I are ALL patients of Dr. Allmon and we adore him! He takes time to thoroughly explain things and I never feel rushed. Additionally, his entire staff is wonderful and his office is close and convenient to us. 5 stars all around!

I have been a patient for 6 years now. I am Very happy with the Dr & staff!!

Dr. Allmon is a FANTASTIC physician. I finally found a doctor that wants to treat me and not just push pills on me. I can always get in the same day if I need to. If he is booked I can at least see one of his PA's and they directly consult with him about my care and he always makes sure to follow up with me. I've been seeing him for 6 years now and have never had to wait more than 30 minutes for my appointment. Would recommend to EVERYONE!!!

Dr. Allmon is an excellent doctor. Listens to your concerns and answers your questions. Explains test results, medications . Very patient and understanding. I highly recommend him.

Initially saw this physician & were impressed. Little did we know we wouldn't see him again. Afterwards U are foisted off on PA's! Hubby went in for allergies, told to take OTC drugs! Me - last wk. & the PA gave me the Bum's rush, did not listen or give me an exam. 2 min. later, she was gone. Told me I had allergies, NOT. Was sinus. Prescribed drug for asthma ! Refused to give me cough syrup. Still ill, worse. Surgery soon, Surgeon told me to find credible Dr & get well or no surgery!

I went for X-ray on Wednesday. Saw a practitioner. Was told they would call with results. Called back Thursday and they said it could take up to 48 hours for results. Called Friday and their office closed early and no one had contacted me. Monday is a holiday. Can't believe it will take 6 days to find out if I have a break.

I have been a Dr Allmon client for 13 years. His office is run professionals and with the use of technology when the high-tech results in better patient care. Since I started using Dr Allmon, my wife and father have followed.
