A real friendly place

From the time you walk into the office till the time you walk out you will experience a warm and very friendly group of people. I personally don't enjoy going to the dentist so it really makes it a positive experience to see smiling faces.We have been going here since 1995 and will always continue to go where we are welcomed and greeted with such friendliness. Thanks so much for everything you all do. You make coming to the dentist better.

Very relaxed atmosphere, staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Make you feel like family. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Latest appt was for cleaning. Brenda and Lana were competent and gracious and pleasant as always. Top-shelf service. And that includes the staff at front of house!

Let’s face it nobody likes going to the dentist but if I have to go it would be there. They always make me feel comfortable. Wonderful staff. Highly recommend.

I love this dentist office. First of all, everyone is polite and very friendly. The atmosphere is low key and relaxed, yet professional. The space is an old building, renovated tastefully. It's interesting and warm with brick walls and high ceilings! I felt like my dental health was their prime concern. I was never uncomfortable. The cleaning, x-rays, and dental exam were thorough. I am very pleased with this practice!

Excellent care & excellent staff. Never disappointed with the care & thoughtfulness of the staff from the front door to the exit.

Everyone is wonderful and courteous. Makes the dentist visit enjoyable. Always willing to work with difficult schedules. No plans of ever going anywhere else.

I have been going to this dentist office for years. When my first dentist retired, I tried a few other places but ended up going back to Buena Vista family Dentistry with Dr Poulsen. I am extremely satisfied with Dr Poulsen’s work along with the friendly staff. My comfort is their number one priority.

Friendly professional staff that makes you feel comfortable.

They're great, very friendly and helpful. I was late for my last appointment and they still took me in without making me feel bad for being late. Anyhow, I'm very pleased with their service. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going here for many many years. I always dread going to the dentist but Dr Dryden and his staff make you feel at ease. He and his staff care and are always asking about your family and engage in great conversation with you. I 100% recommend Buena Vista Family Dentistry.

Ive been with buena vista family dentistry for 10+ yrs and i can honestly say that its been well worth the money spent and everyone is super friendly and helpful! All of you do an amazing job and i appreciate you guys for all you do and have done!!!

Unprofessional mediocrity, unnecessary treatments being suggested, and lack of transparency is what you can expect with a hint of prejudicial treatment based on who you are which is easily observed in the random responses to some reviews. On my first visit I was billed for a service which I questioned. I was then told it was incorrect and the fee was adjusted off my account. This happened again on my second visit. When I called I was told my “chart was flagged to keep this from happening again, obviously not good enough”. After continuing to get billed I called again. This time to be told it was correct because a hygienist said so. I asked if the hygienist is the billing expert in the office and was told yes. I stated that no different service was performed at my last visit to constitute a variance in charges and asked to speak with someone to clarify the inconsistencies in billing. I was told no one was available to speak with me. I then requested a call from someone who can answer billing questions or Dr. Poulsen, both in person in the office and on voicemail. That was July and all I have heard from their office is crickets. Everything is always a pleasure when I visit. Extremely friendly and clean. Dr.Poulson us very kind and seems to care. I tell all my friends to go!

Everyone is super friendly, and they do they everything they can to provide the best service. Been going since 2009 and here it is 2021. Never had a problem.

Everyone at Buena Vista Family Dentistry are super nice , friendly, always smiling (even behind their mask), and make your visit so much easier. I've been going to them for years and would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Dryden is the best!!

I needed an abscess tooth pulled. I was in and out in 30 minutes with the only pain being the little needle stick.

Very friendly ladies at the office. I was met at the door and taken straight back to the room! No waiting! I love it! Dr. Dryden is on the spot .. Thanks for a visit with no waiting ????

You receive excellent service at BV Family Dentistry. Staff are friendly and most helpful. No complaints from this patient at all.
