Brent Jerome Wilkerson

I am a new patient to Dr. Wilkerson. I really can't say enough good things about him and his staff. My appointment was for 1:30. I got there a little early and was seen right away. In fact I was leaving the office at 1:32. The office staff was very friendly and efficient. The Authorization Coordinator, Dawn, was working with my insurance to get prior authorization for some tests the doctor had ordered by the end of the day. Dr. Wilkerson was friendly, thorough and answered all my questions. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I came to MEI and saw Dr. Wilkerson for my hearing loss. My hearing aids stopped helping me and I wanted to see what other options existed. The doctor was very reassuring and pleasant. He put in a cochlear implant and now I can hear again. Also my ringing in that ear is better too. I would recommend Dr Wilkerson to anyone. Great experience all around.

I was very impressed with Dr. Wilkerson. He has an excellent bedside manner. He explained my problem clearly in a way i understand. He also told me all of my options. I felt informed after I left about my problem. He is very kind and knows everything about ears!! I'm VERY Happy with my care with Dr. W!
