I specifically asked Dr. Kort to perform the procedure when the appointment was set up. However, a different staff showed up and persuaded me to let her do the IUD replacement. Comparing to my past experience, the procedure was very painful and even caused bleeding which never happened to me. Then I found out the IUD is not the brand I expected. The woman asked about the brand I had but never disclosed the brand of the new one. Most terrible office ever. Charged me 60 dollars they said was to be put onto mt deductable since I had no co pay they required that. It was never applied so they kept that. Then I get billed for my pap and blood and it never was sent to my insurance so I had to file my own claim.

I have been a patient here since 2016 and I just have to say Dr.puretz it’s literally the best ob I have ever gone to. She is so understanding and so so nice. I would recommend her to anyone she is just AMAZING!

The care my wife received from Dr. Kort and his staff was exemplary. His entire team were both professional and compassionate in every detail. Dr. Kort and his staff were very friendly! He listened to my concerns, addressed them, and explained the steps needed to be taken. My paperwork, visit, exams, and labs were done in less than an hour. Finally.... A great GYN! And Kelly nailed it with my blood work.

I have never had a negative experience with Dr. Kort. The office staff are amazing and go out of their way to help you. The doctor himself is very caring for the health of you and your child, especially when you ask crazy questions because it's your first child! I just had my son 2 weeks ago and the doctor was there to deliver him even at 5 a.m. I will be returning to this practice for my regular check ups and referring patients! After reading all of the negative reviews on here I felt compelled to leave a positive review for Dr. Kort. I don't know if the practice has changed in a year, but my experience was completely different from the other women leaving reviews here. Dr. Kort and his staff have always been very friendly with me and concerned for my well being. A special shoutout to Sue and Nancy who have been exceptionally excellent. Twice have I been incapacitated there due to nausea (I don't like needles or blood draws) and twice have they been very supportive and patient with me until I have felt better. They offered me juice and provided me places to rest, insisting I rest until I felt better. Visiting the office after delivery, the staff was incredibly interested in how my recovery was going and they were delighted to see my son. Certainly, I've had some awkward interactions with Dr. Kort, but I can't say it's outside the norm for talking with other doctors. More than anything, he's been kind and concerned for my well being. Dr Kort Bret is a terrible doctor and his practice is even worse. Im thankful to have found a new doctor in my last week of my pregnancy. there were a lot of things that led up to me firing him as my ob and i will start at the top and work my way to the worst. 1. the nurses were given direction to do a battery of tests and never telling me what they were for even though i asked multiple times. not only after i told them that needles scared me ( its a bad fear) they still made me sit up for draws when i needed to lie down. I wasn't even allowed to rest before driving myself home. dangerous to do considering how much blood they took. they also never would tell me my blood type nor do they have it in my files. 2.i had to do the glucose sugar blood test to see if i was developing gestational diabetes. they messed up my scheduling and told me to come in a day early. that wouldn't have been a problem except the first one hour test was done after i had indian food with my mother. they had me still do the test even though i fully knew my results were going to be bad. i went into shock in the waiting room. i lost my sight, felt flu like, shaking, sweating. i should have been in the hospital. but they wouldn't listen when i said i felt sick, just instead said " you better not throw up or you will have to drink another bottle". 3. ultrasounds were painful, my son would kick painfully as they pushed far too hard. 4. apparently dr kort is offended by vaginas. when your 6+ months pregnant the last thing on your mind is shaving your lady business. when i told my mom the dirty looks he gave me she said "new doctor now!" finally he never answered my questions and blew my husband off. i was clueless as to needing a birth plan, birthing classes, and i had no idea i needed to be registered with my hospital. but the thing that really took the cake was him telling me that he was going to perform a c section after i told him thats not what i wanted. he told me that because my son was 6 pounds if i delivered vaginally my baby was going to die. September 2014-spent over 45 minutes waiting for the appointment when I was the only one there first thing in the morning only to find out that they didn't work with the hospital my insurance works with. I had to argue with them to AT LEAST do my labwork and forward to my new doctor's office. The nurse was rude and I had a bruise for two weeks on top of that. Then I had to call not once but THREE times to make sure they received my lab results and to fax them to my new doctor as I never received so much as a phone call. I received somewhat of an apology from their manager but still was never told as a patient what my results were. Fast forward to last week, I received a bill for $419 from the lab. I called them directly as this office is useless and was told that they appreciated that I provided my insurance information. Are you kidding me?! They didn't even process the claim with my insurance. What a joke. So relieved to not be in their "care". Good luck to anyone that is. My doctor is Dr. Testa and let me just say she is an incredible doctor and person. She is very compassionate and considerate. I had something pretty serious going on and she was nothing but supportive, informative, and helpful throughout. She was very positive, even when it didn't look like things were going to turn out very well. While I do love Dr. Testa, I also love the staff at Mtn View Medical. Everyone, from the nurses and aids to the clerical staff is caring and supportive. They take the time to get to know their patients and treat you like you are a person first and foremost.
