Dr. Bret A. Provost

I went for a routine eye exam. It was my first one. Dr Provost asked me to come back for a second appointment, which was much longer. He recognized a subtle problem with my eye muscle coordination, and referred me to a specialist. He recognized a serious health problem because he paid such careful, close, detailed and thorough attention to me as a patient, and he referred me to the correct specialist. I believe that can only be done by a very smart and caring doctor. I send everyone I know to him. I wish all doctors in all branches of medicine were like him.

Dr. Provost is excellent. He thoroughly explains what he will be doing and answers all my questions without hesitation. River City Eye staff is always friendly, pleasant and helpful. While more expensive than chains, I feel the quality of service and the choices of high quality eyewear is worth the difference in cost. I continue to see Dr. Provost after my first visit three years ago and have recommended him to my daughter.
