Dr Cascio helped diagnose what was going on with my knee, explained my limitations since I am postponing surgery for a bit, and was very patient/kind with me throughout the process. I have been pleased with his help thus far.

I have done 3 surgeries with Dr. Cascio, and have more coming due to having Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. I strongly recommend him for any surgery he is able to perform! He goes above and beyond for his patients, as do his employees.

Dr Cascio is the best orthopedic in our area! He fixed my hip and I am on the mend and couldn't thank him more and his friendly staff.

Great Dr. Visits to his office are quick and easy.

I found every one friendly, efficient, and I felt like they listened to me and completely understood my injury and gave me a course of action to fix my stress fracture and address my torn labrum. I was given very poor advice from Beaumont Bone & Joint. Thankfully, when I made Dr. Cascio’s office aware of my MRI & what I was told, they immediately fit me in their schedule that day! My first surgery was very successful! We are about to address my torn labrum. I feel no apprehension whatsoever with Dr Cascio doing my labrum repair surgery. Dr. Cascio was awesome! He repaired my 17 year old daughter’s ACL and meniscus and it went great. He was very nice, explained all steps in detail and answered all questions we had. All of Dr. Cascio’s staff was also very nice and helpful throughout the entire process. Definitely give 5 stars. Highly recommend!!

Professional staff, friendly.

Dr Cascio is excellent very friendly, answered all of my questions, and explained my surgery process completely. His staff is wonderful they actually care about their clients recovery. Everything from your progress to any difficulty your having in your day to day routine.

5+ Stars! I got an appointment pretty quick and check-in receptionist was very polite. I waited in the waiting room no longer than 5-6 mins, once called back Kate, Dr Cascio's nurse, came in almost immediately. I felt she listened to my concerns and not rushed. Dr Cascio came in very soon after Kate walked out. Dr Cascio listens wonderfully. He seems to care and was not rushed. His knowledge is amazing and his surgery hands are exceptional. Rotator Cuff Surgery is a beast but if you follow therapy and Dr Cascio and Kate's recommendations it will be fine. I am so glad I don't hurt all the time anymore. I went to see Dr. Cascio about my broken leg and ankle. After x rays and my appointment, he realized that I needed intensive care from a special surgeon. The visit to Dr. Cascio's office was excellent. Walking in the door and checking in to going to the back was no more than 10 minutes. The check-in girls were super nice. Dr. Cascio's NP Katie was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. When Dr Cascio came in he was just as pleasant. He listens well. Was in & out pretty quick. I understood what was explained to me. I would not let anyone else touch me as far as orthopedics. Dr. Cascio is truly the best.

Doctor and staff done a great job on My shoulder, repairing my rotator cup and bicep, Was doing great on healing until I fail and re-injured it so now we got to start all over

Very friendly and helpful staff! The surgery was a success and we are very pleased with Dr Casico! Definitely suggest getting the ice machine if offered. The machine is a great substitute for ice packs and keeps the swelling down!!

As always Dr. Casio and his staff provided an awesome experience and excellent care.

Dr. Cascio and his team were absolutely tremendous from the moment I arrived for first consultation for a shoulder injury that would inevitably require surgery (3rd-4th degree AC separation). The office was very clean and staff very welcoming and professional. They immediately gave me x-rays to diagnose the problem, and within minutes was speaking to Dr. Cascio and his team about their diagnosis - my injury would most certainly require surgery. For thoroughness, Dr. Cascio scheduled an MRI for me, and within 2 hours I was getting the MRI. His office brought me back later in the day to discuss options and schedule a surgery. His team was able to schedule me for surgery for the coming Monday (just 4 days from my first meeting!). The speed at which his team moved was truly a difference maker for me. They not only reduced the time it took to get me on the road to recovery, but they also matched my urgency with action, which meant the world to me. Surgery ensued on Monday went perfectly. The next day I had my post-op appointment with Dr. Casio and his team, where we discussed my milestone timeline and my recovery routine. Additionally, my post-op situation is unique in that I’m moving from Louisiana at the end of the month. Dr. Cascio took immediate action and set me up with one of his contacts out of state to continue my post op care. Knowing I would have a smooth transition to continue my road to recovery was a huge relief and was consistent with the first class customer service I had received thus far. All-in-all, my case was treated as if I was one of their own, and I’m extremely happy I chose the Cascio team to help me overcome this challenge and would not hesitate to choose them again! A very professional knowledgeable caring orthopedic establishment. I went into my first appointment and was very pleased with how I was treated. A great team where each employee knew exactly what they were doing and the best part was the Dr himself taking time to go over my tests and making the decisions rightly and swiftly for my care. I’ve had surgery with Dr Cascio previously so when my son needed shoulder surgery I knew I would feel totally confident in Dr Cascio treating him as well. The staff is amazing. So helpful and professional. Denise went above and beyond to coordinate things and also make this Mama feel comforted.

I’ve been trying to find the problem for a year. He found it in one visit. I am only a few days post op but that terrible intense pain in my hip is gone. I am sore from the surgery but that’s nothing compared to what it was. I will definitely recommend him to others and I will use him again if the need arises.His office is clean, his staff is courteous and accommodating and he is very personable and knowledgeable . He’s a great doctor and this area is lucky to have him.

Dr. Cascio and his staff are completely accommodating and compassionate. He preformed my right shoulder rotator cuff repair which went according to everything he had told me in advance of the surgery. I now have full and pain free use of my arm. I was back in his office for a problem with my hand and he has referred me to someone who was better suited for my need. 5 stars all the way.

The doctor himself is amazing! But if you need any paperwork sent to anywhere the lady doesn’t take care of it. My husbands work requires that he has the same paperwork filled out every appointment and faxed over and they never do it. He has to go and bug them over and over to get anything done. Also! Great Doctor and wonderful with Children. My 8 year old hurt his arm and was devastated. He was absolutely wonderful to my son and even came to his game to check on his hurt arm. Fantastic Doctor and a wonderful Nurse Practitioner and staff also!

Best orthopedic surgeon's office experience ever. Dr. Cascio's ENTIRE staff has been supportive, kind, willing to work with me on a difficult case through a difficult time. Dr. Cascio's bedside manner is great. He's always willing to answer questions, explain procedures, reassure us. He is also the ONLY doctor who was willing to try the more conservative surgery approach to try to put off a complete knee replacement for another year or 2. I had been experiencing pain in my hip and groin for years. After seeing several doctors and being treated with injections that were only a very temporary fix I found Dr Cascio. I read his prior experience which was impressive and I was glad to know he was dealing with new technologies and not just doing the same thing as other doctors. Dr Cascio performed hip arthroscopy, along with several other minor procedures that he identified once he was performing the procedure. I can tell you that it has been three years so far and I’m still not having that horrible pain and burning in my hip that I had suffered with for years. I have never had such unpleasant care as dr cascios group ..rotator cuff surgery and took forever to get refill on meds 10 days after surgery.. i had to go 3 days with no meds ..all around not good

I've been in continuing pain since 2003 (VA ignores me), but at least this office was nice enough to wake me up to tell me that they won't accept my Medicare because I'm under age 65. I thought that they couldn't discriminate against age?

Had an x-ray and appointment scheduled with Dr. Cascio same day in March this year. Checking in was easy staff very friendly and professional and prompt. Seeing him was a different story. His P.A. came in and started to explain my mri results to me but the mri didn't pick up the problem that had brought me their in the first place. She told me the Dr. would be late and that I could be waiting a while. I had been dealing with this issue for over 2 years and would wait to see the Dr. He did come after about an hour from the appointment time. I tried to explain to him what was going on and had to ask him to feel the back of my shoulder where a knot had formed. He didn't even examine me and I was lucky that I was able to see him at all. All he did was send me to a physical therapist. The bill was for $474.00! I don't think he even looked at the mri or X-ray. The health care system is a total scam. WOW! My 14 y/o daughter had a large labral tear and had arthroscopic hip surgery performed by Dr. Cascio. She went through all the treatment options prior to having surgery. She is now 3 1/2 months post surgery. She has done everything that Dr. Cascio and his staff instructed her to do, including physical therapy. She has done great and is pain free. Shout out to Dr. Cascio and Mr. Leon for always taking time and giving clear explanations. Thank you for making this experience a good one!

Ever since moved to new office with new workers , you have to call several times about paperwork being filled out!! Also workers are very rude when they call back!! Miss the old workers !!! Also Dr Casio is in and out didn’t give me much time to get a word in!!!

Dr Casio is courteous and caring , I experienced an excellent surgeon that fixed it right the first time , followed by a speedy recovery. Before and after surgery all office visits were pleasant , Dr Casio has a courteous staff as well.

Best hip surgeon in the state

Very caring and sweet. His nurse is very caring and not one of my questions went unanswered. I was treated very, very well.

Very professional! Communicates clearly. Always gives the appropriate care & correct diagnosis! The only orthopedist I recommend!

I saw Dr. Cascio for a partial tear in my rotator cuff. I liked that he recommended other options before surgery. I received an Amniofix injection and have had positive results so far. I am very pleased with my care. The only complaint I have is the long wait in the waiting room.

He is very thorough & quite personable. Had total shoulder replacement. Have had very little pain and then only after starting therapy. Have done exceptionally well with great range of motion. My only complaint is not seeing him after surgery, which is the new trend in medicine, not just In his office. Pleased with seeing his nurse who has about 40 years in orthopedics so is very knowledgeable & thorough with explanations. In a quandry as to why his overall rating is not a 5

I was having shoulder pain for 3 years, and I finally got to see Dr Cascio. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He said it wasn’t my shoulder and wanted a MRI of my neck. Guest what he was right. My shoulder pain was from 3 bulging disk, and the pain was radiating to my shoulder. He is the best. I saw 3 other doctors that couldn’t figure that out! I tore my meniscus in my left knee. Dr. Cascio repaired it and I am great again. I highly recommend Dr. Cascio and his staff. Thanks for making me whole again.

I have had surgery with Dr.Brett Cascio on my shoulder and knees I got 100% on in a short period of time. Any time I need to talk to him never a problem never rushed

Dr. Cascio told my son that he had a torn labrum. He wanted to do surgery. We then got 2 more opinions, one from the Fondren group in Houston. They said his labrum wasn't torn and that he didn't need surgery. I would not recommend Dr. Cascio.

Too fast pace. Does not spend enough time with patients. Staff does not even look up to see your face. Its like in and out. Impossible to get someone on the phone or to return phone calls. Took over 3 week to get a referral. This office needs to concentrate more on patients needs than on how many they can see in a day.
