Dr. Brian J Deyarmin

i made a horrible choice in choosing this doctor- i do not recommend him at all. it is difficult to schedule any appt. that is not 3-6 months in the future so i took his first available. as others have said, he is very dismissive, condescending, and rude. i will not be going back! why do we have to be good patients when a professional acts in such a way?

The most incompetent front desk staff I have ever seen. On one occasion I called to make a flu shot appointment. Receptionist said I didn’t need one for a flu shot and could just walk in. The next day I show up for my flu shot. The receptionist tells me to take a seat. After an hour of waiting I became impatient. I went up to the front desk wondering what was going on. They were shocked I was even still there. I waited an hour for a flu shot that took less than 3 minutes. On another occasion I called to make an appointment. The person on the other end said I already had one with them. I double checked with them as I had no memory of making one prior. They assured me that I had one with them so I believed them. I then go in for my appointment only for them to tell me I do not have an appointment. I tell them my story to no avail and of course they had no openings so I ended up wasting my time on an appointment that did not exist.

Dr. Deyarmin is the best doctor around, hands down! Always very personable and genuinely seems like he cares about you, all while being very professional at the same time!

Dr. Brian was very welcoming and explain medical terms simply for the average person to understand. However, I had unpleasant encounter with the receptionist "Conchitta"(I don't her last name) She was speaking to me loudly and in a condescending tone. She was visibly upset because I didn't wear a face mask and told me, "I shouldn't be here", which I was not been told to wear a mask, when I was contacted and given instructions about what to bring with me to the appointment. Conchitta was expecting me to recite my Pharmacy address promptly. while I was looking for the address, I told Conchitta, I was told to bring only government ID and insurance card and there is no mention of pharmacy info and that why I didn't prepare. She responded in condescending tone, "I know you didn't prepare for anything". Finally, I asked Conchitta where is the address for the lab order? Again in a condescending tone, "I don't know the address or the room number, but you should go down the hall make a right and the lab should be at the end of the hall." I don't know if Conchitta was having a bad day or that's how she operates, regardless, I think Conchitta can improve her customer service skills by working on empathy, authenticity and reassuring the customer “We will help you get issues resolved”. After all, visiting Dr. office in itself is scary.

Got my husband an appt to see Dr Deyarmin to get established as a new patient and follow a health concern. Front desk staff were wonderful and an appt was available quickly, but both the nurse and Dr Deyarmin were rude, dismissive, brusque, and didn't treat him with any consideration. Waste of time and money and now my husband will have to find another doctor because he is not interested in being treated like that by anyone, let alone a doctor.

I went into a diabetic low that i had to have the people there help me but they couldn't but they called ems to help !! If it wasn't for them helping me i probably would be dead!! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP AND CONCERNS!!!!????

I strongly discourage anyone, especially females, from seeing Deyarmin. I had a very serious medical condition and he didn't even examine me. He just said I had a migraine and walked out the door. (i didn't have a migraine)

Doctor picked up my prescribed medications from my previous doctor and cut me off without notice. None of them were any Controlled Substances there was no reason for it I went through a severe breakdown and I do put myself into a psychiatric hospital

Dr. Deyarmin has been my family doctor for nearly 20 years. I trust him completely. He always remembers everything about me and my family. I would definitely recommend him to other family and friends.
