Dr Kerr is very knowledgeable and helpful.

The office seems very busy. I felt a bit rushed but the doctor and staff are great to work with. Might have just been a busy day that day. Like I said excellent doctor and staff though!

Dr Kerr was very thorough on explaining what had happened and can be done to fix the issue. I had no questions after he was done.

I was just in for a 7 month post surgery follow-up.

Dr. Kerr genuinely cares about his patients. He’s very thorough and wants the very best for his patients. I highly recommend him.

Has always explained what's going on in a maner easily understood by non medical people. It's my impression his #1 priority is getting your issue fixed and healed properly.

Excellent!

Courteous and professional

Dr. Kerr confirmed what I had suspected, but he didn't push me towards an option either way for treatment. He gave me the options I had and we discussed each one. I never once felt pressured to choose one option or the other, he was very willing to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable in his replies. I greatly appreciated how straightforward he was. It has helped me make my own decisions regarding my health, instead of feeling pushed into a decision I didn't necessarily want. I highly recommend Dr. Kerr. I feel much better about the plan going forward and feel like I am back in a little bit of control about what's going on. If I do end up taking the final step (surgery), I would not hesitate to continue with Dr. Kerr.

Very professional, explains options for surgery thoroughly. As a soon to be retired person, I feel very confident in his ability to get me to be able to stay active and for me to be able continue doing the things I enjoy. I tore my meniscus and ACL skiing and really want to be able to continue skiing and golfing. With that said, surgery is my best option.

I was seen for my knee and was excited to be there and prepared for some discomfort or pain during the exam but not for the cortisone shot- I was told it would be like a flu shot so I was prepared for that but NOT the beyond extreme amount of pain the actual shot/injection. It was right in the area of the knee pain so I am sure that was perfect but it would have been great to know that it was actually going to hurt like that and then if it didn’t hurt bad then super but that was BEYOND miserable (I even swore and thought I was going to pass out) I was sick all night from that. The next day it was better than before but could still feel where the shot was. I believe he acted in my best interest and I will continue treatment but I would have liked to have the heads up on the potential pain of the injection. I am looking forward to moving forward with my treatment plan as I believe they can get me back to my normal routine of being active!

Today this Dr showed great compassion, understanding, and offered multiple options which he explained in great deal to assist in getting my life back to normal. Thank You Dr. Kerr

I've been seeing Dr Kerr since 2013. He repaired both my rotator cuffs and both meniscus'. So when it finally came time to replace my knee it was a no brainer that I trusted him to do it. He doesn't rush out of the appointment, is empathetic. Highly recommend him

Dr. Kerr was thorough, asked several probing questions, attentively listened to my description of my pain, and clearly explained what he saw going on. He gave me options for my treatment and allowed me to select what fit me best but didn’t hesitate to help me come to my conclusion by explaining what each option would do for me. This is my first experience here. The organization, efficiency and most of all the care I observed and received is nothing short of AMAZING! I unfortunately have had more than my fair share of medical procedures and events, and never have I witnessed such a fine tuned facility. The staff was fast and efficient and most of all delivered care that left me feeling cared about and in safe hands. I left with answers to all my questions and a care plan that has me quickly on the road to recovery. I will highly recommend these professionals to everybody that I can get to listen. Our teenage daughter was in a serious skiing accident with compound fractures of both legs (among other things). Dr. Kerr performed surgery on both legs, to include titanium rods in both. He and his practice were with our daughter throughout her weeks in the hospital and through months of rehab. Happy to say our daughter is fully recovered and doing great. Needless to say we cannot say enough about Dr Kerr and his excellent work.

Worst doctor I’ve ever had, he has no empathy, talks down to you. Worst of all, when Youy try and tell him about your pain or concerns he dismisses it. I had surgery last week with him and he said he’d be there for me “every step of the way”. Not only did this not happen, but the pain medicine I was prescribed by him accumulated in my system and overdosed me causing me to require an ambulance. Then when I went in for my first post op appointment a few days later, he didn’t even know it happened.

Dr. Kerr takes time with you to explain what is needed and gives options for treatment that are understandable and reasonable.

My first visit with Dr Kerr was wonderful. He and his nurse took a lot of time with me & answered all my questions. My rotator cuff surgery went real well My post- op appointment was very disappointing. I felt like I wasn't important any longer. I was in a sling & asked to undress myself which I couldn't. After Dr Kerr saw me, I was left in the exam room by myself for some length of time. I had to ask for help to dress. Upon returning home, I noticed 1 stitch was left in. Surgery done=don't care

Dr. Kerr has performed two surgeries for me on my knee and shoulder and is excellent. I recently became injured again but unfortunately no longer live in Michigan. Dr. Kerr still made himself available for a phone consult and has been very supportive. I believe that communication is important with injuries for pre and post surgery and Dr. Kerr has always made himself available.
