I've waited two years for this review!!! I absolutely love Dr. Kim's office and the exceptional service that I have received for over two years now. From the first consultation session to each follow up thereafter, my visits have been markedly exceptional many thanks to the staffs' energy, from the receptionist, to the assistants, and of course Dr. Kim. I am slated to have my braces removed after two more sessions and beyond excited for whats to come (I'll no longer have a buster smile, woooo!). Extremely saddened given I will no longer get to see everyone's wonderful faces. Would a hundred times over recommend you and your loved ones to support this local Orthodontist. My son just got his braces off!! Kind, professional staff, Dr Kim is always busy but caring and patient with my son. He also has an office a couple days a week in Santa Clarita. They took my insurance, highly recommended by my son's dentist Dr Hirano at Kidz Dental Care. Dr Kim is always willing to schedule multiple appts to take off my son's wires for his cleanings. Patients can earn "Kim cash" for accomplishments, caring for their teeth, no cavities, etc for prizes. My son has been well cared for in Dr Kims office!! Great experience!! This is by far the best orthodontist's office. The doctor is very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone is friendly and the staff goes out of their way the make their patient's experience a positive one!

While the "Care" in healthcare has deteriorated in many sectors of the industry, it's "alive and well" with Dr. Kim's team. After 2.5 years of treatment with Dr. Kim, I can honestly and genuinely recommend him to all my family / friends both young and old. I started my braces in my twenties so was concerned how it would look- thankfully Dr. Kim's had a clear ceramic version (I know I'm not responsible enough for Invisalign which they also offer). As a first timer, Dr. Kim and his staff were really good about letting me know what was going on and answering all questions I had. He's really gentle, kind, and extremely detail oriented which are all the best qualities for a doctor to place yourself in care with. I recommended multiple family / friends to Dr Kim, and all have genuinely loved being in treatment with him including my 9 year old family friend (who has traditional metal braces) AND my almost 60 year old mom (Invisalign). I'm so glad that I attend Dr. Brian Kim Orthodontics. First of all, the doctor has a great educational background that is evident. He is also extremely gentle and explains every question and concern with great detail. He never rushes anything and takes his time doing the best job he can. All of the staff are so friendly and gentle. I never had any problem during the many years I was here. The price is also very reasonable and there are even ways you can win free prizes! Dr Kim is the most gracious and wonderful Orthodontic dr . , he has gone out of his way to exceed the best Orthodontic treatment available. He had to fix an issue another dentists office created . He has spent so much time to help make my teeth back to normal and starting to look pretty and natural again . No one else could have done a better job. He is Outstanding. There is no better than Dr. Kim and staff. Highly recommend. 5 star ++++++

I thought I did the right thing by picking this office but the more I get to know how it is run, the more I see myself becoming annoyed. I have two children and one needed expanders and the other lost a speed bump and they require us to come in only during the day because they are busy during the afternoon. I don't like pulling my children out of school But they won't accomodate. They seem to take on more clients than they can handle and don't have time for everyone. Majority are kids, wanting to go after school is expected. Had someone been good enough to post this matter on yelp, I would have never picked this office. My children are off tomorrow and Monday and the office is closed both days. Monday is labor day, ok, I get it but why Friday??? My 7 year olds dentist recommended Dr. Kim and we went to the consultation. Didn't take long to know that we came to the right place. Dr. Kim is extremely knowledgeable and kind. My daughter accidentally bent her wire the night before and woke up in terrible pain at 5:30am. I called the office and the orthodontic assistant, Theresa, answered and helped us. She was great and had the best attitude and was glad that we called her for help. All three of my kids go here and love it!

I was nervous about bringing my 8-yr-old son to the orthodontist. On our first visit to Dr. Kim, it didn't take long for me to know we were in the right place. We were greeted by smiling, professional staff & offered a bottle of water. During the consultation, it was clear Dr. Kim's office has the most up-to-date technology to explain clearly with graphics & videos the problems with my son's teeth, the processes they would use to correct them, and what the outcome would be. Impressive. I was also reassured by Dr. Kim's gentle, calm demeanor and his rapport with my son. Do I dare say they make it FUN to visit the orthodontist?! It's been 5 months since the braces were put on, and we couldn't be happier with my son's comfort, the continued excellence in customer service, the immaculate cleanliness of the office and the progress of the treatments. I liked that this place had prizes. Most dentist offices don't have prizes. The staff was very kind, listened to what I had to say and fixed it immediately. I would say this was the best dentistry ever.

He is very kind. I have been going for about 2 years and he would always be kind. I have never seen him get mad. He also listens when I am uncomfortable. He makes everything nice and comfortable.

I have been coming here for about a year now and I love it so much. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I think the Kim Kash and the monthly challenges are fun and it is something I look forward to. I would definitely recommend them to people.
