Dr. Brian Franklin Perry

Dr Perry was a wonderful ENT that we met in Cass city, due to my son's severe tonsil issue. But his staff at the Cass city location are an absolute joke. My son's situation, deemed severe, was put on hold due to covid. I finally got ahold of them in February to schedule his surgery. They told me they had an opening for surgery in the beginning of March, would talk to Dr Perry and schedule it and call me back. I have not heard one word since. I have left over 50 voicemails, with no calls back. His main office in Saginaw is no help either. Finally got my son's insurance to pick up another ENT in Bay city. Dr. Perry is a really great ent. Calm and cool. Awnsers any question an don't herd you thru like a sheep..

Saw him today and what a worthless doctor who loves to hear himself talk. I have suffered from ear problems and congestion for 6 months. He has no compassion and just told me my ears weren’t the problem. I left in tears.

I saw Dr. Perry twice. I should have stopped after one visit. Both times I was treated with astonishing arrogance and condescension. I was almost brought to tears. I heard a similar report from someone else. Please find someone else if you are looking.

Wonderful doctor! Very cordial, explains things well, calm demeanor, and very thorough.

Dr. Perry is likable, friendly and great with children. He did ear tubes twice for my daughter. He treated her like she was extremely important and always addressed questions directly to her instead of me, her mom. I loved that he had her trust and respect because of his approach with her. Highly recommend!!!!

He cleaned the wax out of my ears and didn't use water pressure

My pediatrician never was concerned about my daughter getting strep throat every month I requested to see Dr Perry because he did my daughter's tubes and finally I was able to get the appointment (due to lack of urgency from my pediatrician) and he looked at her looked in her throat asked me about how often it happened and set me up for the earliest surgery. He is wonderful

Dr. Perry took his time to listen and answer any questions. ALWAYS there when I needed him. His staff is wonderful. Thanks for all your help

I saw Dr. Perry for sinus problems - I couldn't breathe through my nose at night and decongestants and anti-histamines were of no help. Dr. Perry diagnosed my problem correctly, proposed a simple surgical solution, did it, and the result was very successful for me. Dr. Perry is great - he is very pleasant, he explains things very clearly, and he's obviously very good in his work.

Complete waste of time. The scheduling was quick to make an appointment. Thought I was getting into a good doctor to get to the bottom on my Left side neck swelling for the past 5 months. From my check in time, seeing Dr. Perry and checking out I was in the office a total o 10 minutes. He did not look at any of my history and was not very concerned about what I told him. No vitals were taken by his MA.

Dr isn't a title he deserves! Dr is a title that's earned not only through education but respect and living by the Hippocratic Oath. Mr. Perry's lack of compassion towards his profession and patients caused a huge impact on my loved one. An impact that almost cost a life. He refused to treat something that would have been a quick procedure. A 1 day hospital stay turned into 5. Mr. Perry it's physicians like you that give medicine a bad name. Thanks for nothing.
