So my family has been going here for years. We’ve received the cleanings we’ve needed without any issue until this week. My son went in for a cleaning and the doctor told him he needed to floss more. My son tried to find out if he was doing it wrong and the doctor ignored him. I had my cleaning the next day. I asked the dentist about my son and he told me the same thing. I told him my son flosses and brushes twice a day and could it be something else. The dentist basically blew me off saying well kids Vape and smoke. My son doesn’t do any of these. Unfortunately they lost our whole family today! So my family has been going here for years. We’ve received the cleanings we’ve needed without any issue until this week. No professionalism top to bottom. Staff are very rude Dr don’t take time to explain, seems he is hurrying to finish, dental assistant completely missed xray where dr needed to see and treat, never bother to take another one and still change for xray, very bad experience, never go again
Beware- Dr. Sherwin did shoddy work on a crown and I had to have it repaired a year later. The dentist I went to to have it repaired said Dr. Sherwin was at fault and should refund my money. Gentle Dental is refusing to refund anything and I had to pay for a whole new crown a year after receiving one from Dr. Sherwin. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this dentist.
The staff is very friendly and Doctor Sherwin made me feel at ease about getting my first crown. Doctor Sherwin answered all of my questions and I would definitely recommend him.
