While Dr Spector is very nice, getting through to ANYONE at this office is impossible. You can hit any button on the auto pick up and it goes basically nowhere...no one answers the emails for an appointment...I placed three emails and none were returned...by some miracle I finally got through to someone on the phone and was able to get an appointment...now I need to move an appointment and getting through now is nearly impossible after calling off and on for nearly 3 hours I still can't reach anyone there.... Without a doubt the most horrible front desk experience in my life. The two girls at the front extremely rude. I came in to get a mask since I could not find one. I asked for a mask and said they do not give them out. I said I do not have one, they said you can't be in here without one. They continued to be rude and nasty and could not help me. I came for a concern of a lump in my ear but the PA just brushed me off after about 60 seconds of the visit. I didn't get a diagnosis or any form of treatment and when I inquired about a second opinion I was told I'd be charged twice. I would not recommend this team to the Orlando community.

It 2 weeks to get an initial visit with Dr. Johnson for an ear infection. Then another week to get an CT scan and then another week to get results from Dr. Johnson. After which I had to wait another week to see an “ear” specialist who treated the ear. The treatment relived some of my pain. So in total 5 weeks to get treatment and I am still in pain. I have seen many aspects of this office due to vertigo from allergy testing, office visit, and fysical therapy by Jordan for my vertigo. My vertigo today is gone, and I’ve had it since July. Everyone is helpful and kind in all three offices. Mr. Fuchera, the PA, listened and put together a complete assessment from these places to identify the source of my problem. Doctor Spector treats me quarterly for impacted ear wax removal. He works efficiently and patiently especially when his work triggers coughing in my left ear.

Have been a patient maybe 8 years. Always professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Made correct diagnosis via telemed. Return to doctor varies as my needs vary. Caring.

I find Dr Stector a very good doctor who just doesn’t look at the symptoms and cover it up. He is fully invested to find the cause of this cough and explained the master plan and the four ways we we are doing about pinpointing the source or spices.

I had 3 visits on two locations. Hard to get a hold to them by phone. Once you do, the receptionist feel rude. I was suppose to get a call back within 24 hours in two occasions and I had to call them back because no one called me... The billing department is horrible, got bills from them after I trough I was done paying. They blame it on the insurance. Doctor will hear you like you are describing a crime. Great doctor

Dr. Spector removed a large skin cancer from my husband’s ear. You will not find a more caring and compassionate Doctor. Put us at ease the first time we met him and our confidence grew with each meeting. Takes his time to explain things to you in a way you can understand. Wish there was a 10 star rating!

Went in to get a deviated septum fixed, came out with a coag negative staph infection they can't cure. I know I got it from their exams because I tested negative after surgery, and was fine for a couple weeks. they went in on a follow-up and did a debridement to 'clean things up'. A couple days later, things started to go downhill. They treated me like I was an idiot, refusing to re-test for infection over several visits, for weeks, even when I demanded it. When they finally gave in and re-tested, they found I still had the infection. I have it to this day, they have not been able to get rid of it and have told me I might have it for the rest of my life. Dr. Brian Spector is the BEST! In October, Dr. Spector was a part of the Surgical team which removed my Pituitary Gland Tumor. He successfully carved a passage, in my nasal cavity, allowing for the safe removal of my tumor by Dr. Melvin Field (who is a fantastic neurosurgeon). The majority of my post operative procedures are with Dr. Spector and he is the most patient doctor ever! He is so nice, gentle and kind. His assistant Clay is also fantastic!! Thank you Jesus for Dr. Spector!

I will give 0 if I can. 5 months in pain and they just told me to buy over the counter medication. I am so disapointed I dont pay a doctor because I need over the counter medication. Unbelievable!!!!!
