Doctor spend time with me to know everything in regards to my illness. He explained my treatment options and what each DMD is. I was able to make the right decision with his guidance.

I heard great things about Dr. Steingo from other doctors and from friends. During my first office, he spent about 30 minutes with me and gave me a comprehensive examination. I also could tell that he reviewed my extensive medical file before my office visit. Glad to find such a high-quality and caring doctor like him. Mindy in his office was office very helpful to me in setting up the appointment and handling the paperwork.

Dr. Steingo has been nothing less than spectacular. He genuinely cares for his patients. I am blessed to have him as my neuro treating my MS. I wouldn't want it any other way, he is the BEST hands down!

His office used to ruN differently where he would personally see me and not feel rushed. Now I feel his resident students spend most of the time with us and he would squeeze us in between multiple patients that steingo scheduled. Would not recommend this place.

I made the mistake of scheduling a consultation with him and the entire experience of dealing with his staff and him personally was extremely disappointing. After my appointment I immediately scheduled an appointment with another MS specialist because it felt like Steingo was not even paying attention during the consultation And kept rambling about red meat and urinary issues. As it turned out, steingos opinion on some issues were entirely incorrect so I am glad my instinct was to not trust him and his vegan biasism.

Dr Steingo, Mindy and Melissa are AMAZING. I have been an MS patient there for over a decade and if someone has had a bad experience, IT must be due to that patients attitude, I would NEVER believe the staff to be rude.

My ms specialist is sending me for an opinion on treatment that my doctor may have overlooked since I keep progressing. The negative reviews concerning the front desk staff member is somewhat concerning since there are so many complaints. My doctor wants me to see Dr Steingo, so I will go. I will keep an open mind with the front desk and, of course be pleasant. Most of the time I am not feeling well so I hope the staff performs in a professional manner as they should. If not I will nicely mention such to the doctor. I have been in the background doing medical billing, collections, coding, credentialing, physician consulting, etc. during my career and owning my own business until the MS just took over and I had to stop working. I have a Federal license. I have dealt with doctors and staff as well as many insurance companies and Official Agencies, etc. I most certainly performed in a professional manner. I was still professional but firm when necessary for follow-up for claims billed.

If I had to rate Dr. Steingo, it's definitely a 5 star rating. Why he keeps his god-awful, rude receptionist Mindy, I DON'T KNOW. I know of several people who are his patients and everyone has the same complaint. Mindy is rude. Mindy never returns calls. Mindy screws things up left and right. For someone in a position where she is in touch with vulnerable people, she should be ashamed of herself. It would serve him well to hire someone with competency and compassion.

I walked in to an upset lady leaving the front desk as I approached to a very unfriendly Mindy. (On the phone, no hello) she never really got off the phone, was rude told me I needed my referral which was given to them by my previous doctor. A lot of double talking, drove an hour and a half to see this doctor, never did, (The doctor himself is by the front desk sort of hiding out) this appointment was important as I needed specialist for my MS to put me on new medication ASAP.

wonderful doctor and man. always has time to listen. has made a not so great experiance (my M S) , much more bearable. I feel I have a friend taking care of me.

after almost 20 years of dr. steingo's highly professional, personal care i am am a devoted patient relying on his expert care and advice.

Dr Steingo is a highly professional doctor............If I have a complaint it would be his staff answering phone calls........most of the time there response is slow in coming........maybe in today's world that's the way it is.........

A fantastic doctor who listens and does not rush thru the appointment. Up to date with MS therapies and provides great follow up. Great staff who communicate well.

I would recommend Dr. Steingo to any patient with MS. He is very current with MS treatments and medications. He is a caring and thoughtful doctor.

Staff is unresponsive. Left numerous voicemails with no return calls. Dr. Steingo is very knowledgeable, but if you are looking for long term care, he and his staff and NOT a good choice. Wish I had changed at the first signs of poor staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Steingo for a long time for my MS. He is very caring and very knowledgeable about this disease. I trust him whole-heartedly with my care. He is the BEST! I am grateful for his time and for taking care of me.

Dr. Steingo is a wonderful doctor. He is incredibly knowledgeable regarding MS. He is thoroughin his examinations and is compassionate to his patients.
