I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Wills. He’s very easy to talk to and explains things very thoroughly never seeming to be in a rush even when you know he has many patients waiting for their turn!

Professional but comfortable and personable. Listens. Offers options. Instills confidence. Have used his expertise multiple times and will continue to do so as needed.

The staff at Steindler Clinic was very welcoming, friendly, and efficient at helping me through the entire “new patient” process!

Dr. Wills treats Dequervain’s in my L thumb, and he has made it MUCH better! I have great faith in him and his treatment. Thanks, Dr. Wills!

I called to ask if they accepted VA health insurance. I was told verbatim that it was too much work to accept payment from the VA and the reimbursement wasn't good for them so no they don't want to help veterans. Very thorough in his explanation, logical and patient. A good personality too!

Dr Wills was on time, and very nice. He asked questions and listened to my answers. Explained what he was doing & wrote down information I needed. He gave options, and responded to my questions. He didn’t push for the easy solution. If necessary, I will go to him again. I definitely recommend him.

Dr Wills is fantastic. Friendly, courteous, and very supportive. Has operated on my other hand, and I wouldn't dream of letting another Dr operate on this one.

Had a great visit at Steindler Clinic with Dr. Wills. He is very thorough and knowledgable about the hand and wrist. Wonderful Dr. . I’m completely satisfied.

I was encouraged by his approach to the situation. There was no rush to suggest a further surgical procedure but a conservative approach. He had a brace made to help support my thumb. I will follow up with Dr. Wills after wearing the brace for a while to see if the brace solves the pain problem.

Dr. Wills is terrific. He listens, and clearly cares about his patients. If you need hand care, he’s the best.

Dr. Wills was very professional and conscientious in the care of my broken wrist, he answered all of my concerns.

Dr. Wills treated me for recurrent (two years) tenosynovitis of my L hand. In 2019, it responded to physical therapy, so I did not receive an injection. This year (2021), however, the pain didn't respond to physical therapy, so Dr. Wills injected the base of my L thumb. Six weeks post-injection, my L hand and thumb are very happy, as am I AND Dr. Wills!

Very pleased with Dr Wills and staff. Excellent care and communications. There is some type of a problem with communications between the clinic and the ambulatory. I received a notice that if I hadn't prepaid my estimated costs ahead of the surgery it wouldn't be done . I expected to pay the day I showed up for the surgery and was informed that wasn't necessary.

We had a great experience from the first appointment to surgery. Dr. Wills was very nice and made sure we understood everything.

Amazing!!! Very likable from the get go!! Down to earth and he easy to talk to. Made me feel comfortable and he has a since of humor!!

My husband has been seeing Dr. Wills for an injury that he sustained from a fall a year or so ago. He is not a good candidate for surgery because he has diabetes. So, he referred him to physical therapy. with Laurie. Two of his three fingers that were injured, straightened out well. One is stubborn and we will need to continue to work with that. Dr. Wills is always gracious and kind. He is extremely knowledgeable and we have every confidence in his abilities and skills. I came to Dr Wills to get a second opinion about thumb surgery because I was unhappy with my first doctor. Dr Wills was professional, cordial, compassionate, explained my procedure well and answered all my questions. I was very pleased and would use him again in the future.
