Dr. Brian Seth Winters

I just wanted to sing the praises of Dr. Brian Winters, aka Dr. Mc Dreamy….. this is my second procedure with him for my foot surgery. He’s done two bunion surgeries, and two hammertoes… Dr. Winters and his whole staff are extremely competent and very professional, I trust him implicitly, in my opinion, he is number one in his field…. The other thing I like about him is he is always on time for his appointments which is unusual in the medical field. I’d like to thank Dr. Winters and his staff again for the care they have given me again this time around, I would recommend them to anyone Robyn Hall

After struggling with a surgeon in DE who refused to answer questions. I made the decision to go to Rothman. Dr. Winters cares and makes it easy to understand what is going on. Since this is my ankle and I need my mobility, he made me feel comfortable and confident he is the surgeon to perform the surgery. He was willing to take the time to answer questions and explain. He is a true professional who cares about his patients and wants the best outcome.

I found Dr Brien Winters to be professional ,empathetic and a talented surgeon. My procedure was a Dorsal Cheilectomy. Dr Winters uses the open method, which is the gold standard for my procedure. I am now 2 weeks post-op and recovering very well. Prevention of infection was the number one priority. I felt confident in his ability and I am happy he is a fairly young surgeon, who won't retire on me. Thumbs up.

Dr. Winters was caring and professional with all aspects of my injury, surgery and recovery. He made sure I fully understood All the instructions and details of my healing process. I had a full rupture of my Achilles tendon which is a significant injury and a lengthy recovery process. After each appointment I left feeling completely at ease that he had my best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend Dr. Winters for your medical needs.

We could not have been more pleased with the care we received from Dr. Winters for our son's ankle injury. He is an outstanding surgeon/physician - particularly for competitive athletes. Our experience with Dr. Winters and Rothman overall has been excellent.

After over ten years of pretty severe heel pain I was finally diagnosed with a partial tear of the Achilles. Dr Winters performed the surgery and I am now pain free. During my last and final follow up visit I was asked what my pain level was. My response was negative 5. I had Achilles surgery on the other leg when I was younger and THAT scar is now more significant than this one. I could not be more pleased with this result. I’m walking without pain, bicycling, walking up stairs, etc - all without pain in my heel for the first time in over a decade. My hips? That’s another story.

I am very happy with the outcome of my foot surgery. Dr. Winters addressed all my concerns personally.

Always a pleasure to see Dr Winters. He always makes me feel better about the very difficult surgeries I had to have and how it has impacted my life. Difficult having to live life at a much slower pace no doubt. But Dr Winters keeps it real while encouraging me to feel I can do this.

Best Foot and Ankle Surgeon. Dr Winters is very knowledgeable and a skilled surgeon. He is compassionate and understanding. It is hard to find a surgeon with great bedside manners like he does.

I am a doctor, so I have strong opinions about what my visit to a doctor should be like. Dr. Winters listens well, is thorough, and provides different options. He has operated on me before and did not suggest surgery as a first option for a problem I am having now. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Brian Winter helps me by finding out what was causing my ankle pain and discomfort. I'm so glad that I had him for my surgeon he nice, polite, and made sure I understand every step of the procedure. I thank him so much for the first time in 5 years I'm not in pain and I appreciate that discovered what was wrong.

Very good. I had a broken ankle in August 2019. Dr Winters performed the corrective surgery. I can now place full weight on my ankle and walking improves daily.

Before I came to see Dr.Winters, I was in such extreme pain. I was unable to physically walk on my foot any longer because I had previous major reconstructive surgery On my foot, that failed with broken plate and screws. I felt like my only option was amputation. Dr Winters did his homework, which he always does. His attention to detail is second to no one around. Well, he said he could fix this disaster. Boy, did he fix it. Four years later I still have my foot. He is a genuine person and really takes the extra time to make sure his patients are perfect. I drive an hour to see him. He is worth it and I wouldn’t see anyone else. So if you have a foot or ankle problem he is your man. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. Yes

I consulted Dr. Winters after enduring years of pain from repeated ankle sprains and severe flatfoot. I had significant arthritis and had gotten to a point where I could literally not walk anymore. The pain was a "12"on a scale of "10". Dr Winter immediately knew the problem and performed an ankle reconstruction surgery (triple arthrodesis). It's been 12 weeks since surgery. I am now allowed full weight and should be out of "the boot" in a week or two. The best news, and the bell ringer for this reviews is NO MORE PAIN!!!. I think Dr Winter is excellent. He explains things clearly and cares about his patients. He also teaches up at Jeff, which tells me he's on the ball and stays current. If you have a foot or ankle thing, you should see him. I wish I had come in sooner!

My husband was Dr. Winters Patient. He had a long history with his right foot. Dr. Winters reconstructed his foot and truly gave him his life back. I’m forever grateful to Dr. Winters and think of him every time I see the photo or video of my husband walking our daughter down the aisle on her wedding day! I would highly recommend Dr. Winters. Excellent Dr !!!

Dr winters was my 4th opinion on a surgery that was needed. This was going to be my third surgery on my foot. No other doctor would complete the surgery because of the risks even though I was in a lot of pain for the last three years. With no hesitation Dr. Winters said that was our only and best option despite the risks. 3 months later post op and I couldn’t be happier I got the surgery done. I am so happy I was referred to him!

Visited Dr. Winter’s office for ankle problem. He answered all my questions and provided a diagnosis and treatment plan Dr. Winters is professional, experienced and caring. I would highly recommend this physician.

Dr. Winters was too busy showing off for the pretty physicians assistant that was following him around that day and could not be bothered by me. He quickly told me he would have to fuse my ankle and offered that as the only solution. When I asked if that was my only solution he even rolled his eyes at me. Needless to say he was not doctor I chose for my procedure. Instead I chose another doctor who did not fuse my ankle and here I am one year plus post op and I am feeling excellent. Thank you Doc Winters for educating me about what doctors look like who want to practice medicine on people for themselves and not for the patients. You are arrogant.
