Dr. Brook Stephen Wallace

No relation. Doctor Wallace is one of the best chiropractors I have been to, and as someone with chronic back pain for many years, I have seen more than my share. The office offers multiple types of massage, various therapies, and, of course, superior chiropractic care. I have no intention of seeing anyone else as long as I need chiropractic care.

We love Dr Wallace! He is very personable and very good as a chiropractor. Our kids also love him and are very comfortable with his adjustments.

Dr. Wallace and his staff are amazing! Appointments are always on time. Have never had a problem booking an appointment. Staff is super nice and helpful. The office is super clean and sanitary. I’ve lived in The Raleigh area for over 11 years and it’s taken that long to finally find a chiropractor that works for me! Highly recommend.

I visited a Dr. Wallace today for the first time and had an unpleasant experience related to mask compliance by the doctor. In my experience today when I was led into Drs office he was not wearing a mask, although his entire staff was. When he turned to me to greet me, he asked if I would be more comfortable if he wore a mask. I promptly answered yes. He then said, "I figured, you fit the profile" and further explained that most women 25-45 expect him to wear a mask. I should have left then but I was in pain and really needed treatment. It is my understanding that based on the Governor's orders AND the guidance of the NC Chiropractic board, he should be expected to wear a mask at all times in the office, as we are are in the middle of a pandemic. He is definitely not compliant with these guidelines and removed the mask the second he walked out of the room to speak to his staff to direct them to give me stimulation treatment. I was very disappointed to meet a medical professional who is not taking the mask mandate seriously. Excellent in all aspects from 1st call to schedule an appointment! Him and his staff are so genuine, understanding, caring and concerned in you healing. As my father uses and referred me with many of the same highlights and said "Dr.Wallace can fix you i promise just going to take a little time for me to heal due to my damaging to myself." And once again dad was right he helped immediately to help bring relief beyond words and its me my body still taking forever to heal and causing pain. No complaints! I love going in for my adjustments. Everyone is super nice and you can tell the Dr really loves his job and it's not just a paycheck to him. He will make the 4th Chiropractor I've seen over the years and he is by far my favorite. Happy to have found this office! Definitely recommend

First of all let me say this is a first class office . I in the last few years relocated to johnston county and have been searching for someone to help with a few adjustments from time to time . Despite having been in immense pain for several weeks, I was still nervous about going to a chiropractor for the first time. However, I couldn't have chosen a better chiropractor. Incredible experience. I walked in to ask questions and possibly set up an appointment. The staff answered all of my questions and they had an opening right then that they let me fill. Staff was polite and friendly. Dr Wallace was very knowledgeable and personable. He asked a couple of questions and knew exactly what was going on. He was cognizant of my prior injuries and modified his techniques accordingly. Along the way he was providing educational tid bits for my personal knowledge. Top notch. From the pleasant office staff on up to the knowledgeable and personable Dr Wallace they deserve nothing less than 5 stars. I got a quick appointment and instant relief from my neck pain that was causing sleep disruption. Great Chiro close to home. Oh and they have a massage therapist as well!

Doctor Wallace is a stellar chiropractor! I once had a problem with my leg and I saw at least 4 different specialists who ran every test in the book. My leg never got better. The muscles began to atrophy in that leg and one "specialist" even suggested that I might just be be depressed. I went to doctor Wallace and he saw that my femur had slipped out of position and was impinging on a tendon. He put it back in place and I've never experienced such immediate and immense relief! I actually wanted to pay him MORE than the copay I was so happy. My leg healed completely after that. Doctor Wallace is a stellar chiropractor! Dr Wallace is always available to patients. I've been his patient for over 8 years. I have always found Dr. Wallace to be professional while listening and answering any question. He has gained my trust over the years as his patient. Never have I had to wait more than 10 minutes. His staff is always friendly and courteous

Being new to central NC I was not confident I would find a good chiropractor on my first try, but Dr. Wallace put this concern to rest. He and his staff are 100% professional and attentive to your needs. After my first visit I was not immediately certain he solved my neck -shoulder pain issue as the treatment was not at all painful, but within a few hours I realized I was 95% better. He and his staff are friendly, pleasant, and efficient. I do not hesitate to give him the highest rating.

Dr. Wallace is consistently friendly and knowledgeable. He explains your condition thoroughly. During my first visit, my back felt so bad, I never thought I'd feel any better. After just a few visits, I started to feel better and now am completely back to normal....actually feeling better than before. The wait time is always less than five minutes. Not because they don't have patients, but because the ladies there don't overbook. What a concept! I really enjoy visiting that office.
