Details, office staff is rude- cuts you off mid sentence, does not apologize. After my daughter repeatedly called the office, reaching out to the physician, since October 4th, its now October 14 she was told why are you calling back if you haven’t received a call back. Mental health is clearly not a concern. Patient- physician trust is not built and communication has lacked and as the physician representative- receptionist have lacked especially in the department of sympathy, understanding and concern as well for having the patients best interest at heart.
