My first time at this office. I had all my paperwork done before I got there. The place had a smell to it and was very dirty. The doctor never did a physical examination on me. He read my echocardiogram and stated that there was an issue that appeared to look like Pulmonary Hypertension but they like to do tests to confirm. Of course, I did the Lung Scan, Sniff Test and Chest X ray. All came out normal. Everyone said, well your echo showed signs so why did you not get a Heart Right B Catherization? So on my follow up, I asked. He said my tests were fine. I asked him out right, I am a complicated case & noone wants to deal with me, he shook his head yes and smilied. Then said no need to go through that, but if I wanted I can send you down to Temple for a second opinion. I got a call from a liason who Said I would have to redo the tests. THIS WHOLE THING COST ME MONEY I DO NOT HAVE. I NEED A NEW HEART DOCTOR FOR HAVING A NON COMPLETE VIEW OF THE HEART. Went for a new c-PAP prescription after 5 years. When I made the appointment, the receptionist said I had to fill out all f the paperwork again as though I were a new patient. Really? I was expecting a hassle, but there was none. Dr. Dershowitz was friendly and efficient, reviewed the data from my machine’s memory card, and helped me get fitted with a new Dreamwear mask. Amazing!!!! No other words can describe! I have had asthma since 8 months old, and he truly understands, listens, and helps with forms and anything you need to get the car you need!!! Been seeing him for years and I Highly recommend!!!!!!

Dr. Dershaw was highly recommended to me by several people and its very obvious why. He spent a lot of time with me explaining my test results, answering my questions and discussing future management of my condition. He's very kind and pleasant. I would also recommend him highly.

Would definitely recommend Dr. Dershaw to all friends and family... Found him to be very knowledgeable about the problems my husband was experiencing. We found that he wanted to get to the root of the problems and we were not rushed at all. Office is clean and neat and staff very nice.
