Dr. Bruce H Mccullar

This was my first time getting my tooth pulled and Dr. McCullar did an amazing job I was done in 15 minutes!! I recommend anybody to go to him if you need any oral surgery.

He and the staff made my procedure quick and easy. Much appreciated the service and competence.

He is a great. Very warm speaking and educated you as well. His staff is phenomenal. Highly recommend.

I just had a wisdom tooth extraction done and couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Dr. Sandusky referred me and I’m so glad he did. My original date for extraction was during the ice storm and they had lost power and weren’t able to get me in on the original date. They worked diligently to try and get me in as soon as they had power again. His staff was extremely nice and so was Dr. Mccullar! He took great care of me and even walked me out to my car when I was finished & provided us with his home phone #! Very minimal swelling too! 10/10 recommend!! This office did a wonderful job with my boyfriend's extraction. They were very sweet and helpful. Also, got him in and out in under an hour which is amazing.

Dr.Mccullar performed my surgery yesterday extracting my wisdom tooth. From the time I called his office I experienced nothing but professionalism and genuine concern. I was recommended to Dr Bruce by Sandusky & i am extremely pleased , i had to get 5 teeth pulled yesterday ( in order to get braces ) and i was so nervous . I walked in & the front desk receptionist was very nice and helpful like always . Once me and my husband were led to the back Dr Bruce went over the procedure and made me feel comfortable even went as far as giving my husband his home phone number for any questions ( which we did utilize lol ) . A little less than a hour , i was finished and on my way home . Thank you to everyone at this facility . This was my first time ever having any type of surgery. Dr. McCullar was very informative and the procedure was very quick ! Moreover, the staff was absolutely amazing. I had Dr.McCullar take out my wisdom teeth (three of them) yesterday and it was wonderful! It was done in 20 minutes and him and the lady assisting him did perfect! There's no swelling and minimum pain. My sister went to him also and had everything go perfectly too. The lady at the desk is a darling goddess of a woman! I fully recomend him to everyone! My 17 year old daughter recently had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Bruce McCullar. The staff was excellent and Dr. McCullar explained the entire procedure to both of us, answered questions and was so knowledgable and comforting. The procedure was completed in about 40 minutes. I just left Dr Mccullar’s office for a tooth extraction. He is a VERY good oral surgeon! I highly recommend this doctor! He has wonderful bedside manners and talks to you to “ get your mind off” what he’s about to do lol his assistant was also great with consoling me with my anxiety I was experiencing lol If you are referred to this doctor TRUST ME HE IS THE BEST AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Dr. McCullar and his assistant did an amazing job with extracting my four wisdom teeth. I went in scared to even get them pulled because of all my friends tell me how it would be afterward. Dr. McCular reassured me that it wouldn’t be that bad and told me every thing that would happen in the procedure, that part alone made me feel very relieved. He is among the best doctors I have ever met. He explains you the issue, is very patient with you, answers all your stupid questions and tells you what's best for you. I went for a wisdom tooth removal to him today. He explained all the reasons for not taking it out. He told me the right culprit is my other tooth which needs to be fixed. I have met dentists who are just ready to mooch money out of you. They tell you that all your teeth need to get fixed. They don't think how would it harm you. But Dr. Bruce McCullar always keeps your best interests in mind. And he is really sweet to talk to. He asked me and my husband to pay attention when he was explaining. Received a bill for $115 in dec after i was told the insurance wasnt covering $245 and paid that in sept. The bill included a letter stating it would go to their attorney after 10 days of the letter. Its been the holidays so i didnt check my mail until the 9th day. I was totally unaware of this bill, never even received a phone call. Tried calling that day 4x, no answer and no answering machine. That was a friday. I sent an email, still have not received a response as of tues. Called 3x more today, no answer. So....i cant even call to pay. Maybe they will respond to a bad review. I live an hour away so driving by isnt gonna happen. What a joke of a way to handle a business. I dont even know what this charge is for, but apparently im gonna go to court over it cause they wont answer the phone for me to pay it. i feel sorry for the lady when she finally answers the phone cause i am livid. I had a tooth extracted. I was in and out of the office in 30 minutes. The procedure was painless and I had no complications. I could not have asked for a better experience in getting a tooth pulled! I would highly recommend this doctor!!

Dr. McCullar and his staff were very professional and did an amazing job with my 4 Wisdom Teeth. I really wanted to write this review for anyone who has any anxiety about getting their wisdom teeth removed like I did. First, let me tell you that you really do have nothing to be anxious about. You go in there, fill out insurance information, patient information, etc. Then about 20 minutes later, Dr McCullar will call you and your driver into the room where the surgery takes place and he will go over the procedure, what to expect, what to do when you get home, and answer any questions or concerns you may have. After that is finished, you lay back on the big chair and he will start to make small talk with you to get you relaxed. Next, he gets your hand ready to inject an I.V in you that puts you to sleep (this is what I had the most anxiety about because I really hate needles) I decided to look the other direction and I asked the assistant in the room if I could hold her hand and thankfully she let me. While I am holding the assistants hand I felt the needle and let me tell you it really just felt like a pinch and I said to myself, "wow, was that it?" After Dr. McCullar put the I.V in me I immediately felt really relaxed and happy. For some reason I think I asked him if he had any stock equities haha, no clue why because that's not something I would have asked him before the I.V but I was just in such a happy and relaxed state. That's honestly the last thing I remember before falling asleep. Next thing I knew Dr McCullar was telling me we were finished. So don't do what I did and spend unnecessary energy being anxious about it! I would recommend Dr. McCullar to anyone! I was absolutely TERRIFIED to get my wisdom teeth out, because two of my friends had AWFUL experiences with different doctors. Dr. McCullar did a wonderful job from calming my nerves to performing an absolutely painless procedure. I don't even remember going to sleep. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very kind and tells you everything you need to know, and extra stuff if you ask. My experience was great. I did not feel anything. He made sure I was ok before leaving. He also gave his cell # in case I had a problem over the weekend

I can't say enough good things about them, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SAM, she is the sweetest ever and Dr. McCullar is so considerate and actually cares about whats going on. I would give them a million stars if it would let me. THEY ARE THE BEST !!

Dr. McCullar & his staff need to get it together. I went in to have 4 teeth extracted, I specifically not only told her which teeth I wanted pulled & again when I got there. I don't know what happened in the communication dept, but I left with the wrong tooth pulled & he lied & said that I told him to take that one. It was a very important tooth that I needed. I'm crushed & he just creepily said I'm sorry! Got in his BMW ! Not sure I would recommend him unless it was a last choice. Dr. McCullar & his staff need to get it together. i have been using dr. mccullar since 1981, he surgically broke my jaws for an overbite and they have been perfect since then, he has also done tons of work for my wife, he teaches on the side as well at UT medical, HE IS THE VERY BEST I PROMISE!!!
