I have been very pleased with the care and attention I have received over the past couple of years. Dr. Chen is very thorough, professional, and personable. The office is inviting, well maintained and conveniently located. Also, the office staff are always very helpful. I definitely recommend Dr. Chen.

If I could give Dr Chen and his staff 100 stars, I would! I’ve been a patient of Dr Chen’s for several years now. I see him for all my different forms of psoriasis. Dr Chen’s genuine kindness, patience, and true caring never waivers. I always know that I am in excellent hands when I am under his care. He stays up to date on new research and new medications, so that he can make sure that I am getting the best treatment possible. It is really refreshing and comforting to be able to trust that someone has my best interest in mind. Dr Chen is beyond amazing and I am super grateful for him. The office staff… EVERYONE is always super pleasant and always demonstrates great customer service. Someone who stands out is Karen. She goes way above and beyond to always help me. Recently, my employer required necessary paperwork while I was out of work for a flare-up. Not only was Karen thorough, responsive, and kind, she was also super quick in making sure that documents were completed faster than I ever expected. Providing documents to employers is always super stressful due to having to coordinate proper documents, making sure they are filled out the way the employer requires, faxing it to employer before the deadline, etc.; but Karen takes away all that stress from me by handling it all with such ease, grace, and did I mention quickness? Karen is fantastic! If you are looking for a Dermatologist who genuinely cares about you as an individual person, is super knowledgeable, and loves staying up to date with research so he can give his patient’s the best care possible, then come to Insight Dermatology. Dr. Chen is a thoughtful and highly skilled Derm. He is very good with fillers and his office team, especially Veronica.

Dr. Bryan Chen is an excellent doctor: he listens and assesses the issue thoroughly, and he's very helpful. He's actually the first doctor who prescribed me exactly what I needed for my skin condition (which now completely cleared up thanks to him!). He makes the process of getting refills very quick and easy, too. His demeanor is calm, to the point (no chitchat), and friendly. Dr. Chen is an excellent physician. He is concerned about his patients well being & strives to find solutions to their dermatology problems.

He attempted to adjust my hairline on my forehead during a derm. surgical procedure in his office, without my permission; it was not requested; I had to ask him to stop that during the procedure.
