Dr Lee is the best doctor I've ever had. She is on top of my care. She follows up and follows through. I am definitely in good hands with her. I hope she's around for a long time.

I would also like to thank the Facey team for the My Chart portal. This app has been EXTREMELY helpful. It allows me to email my questions instead of waiting in que on the phone. And allows the medical staff to respond at their convenience - which by the way is ALWAYS in a timely manner. Thank you all.

DR. ESTHER LEE IS ALWAYS VERY THOROUGH IN REVIEWING MY MEDICAL HISTORY AND LISTENS TO MY CURRENT CONCERNS. SHE ALWAYS REQUESTS THE NECESSARY LAB WORK, XRAY OR REFERRALS, WHEN NEEDED IMMEDIATELY AND REVIEWS TIMELY. THIS TIME A COUPLE OF MY LABS WERE NOT NORMAL. SHE CONTACTED ME IMMEDIATELY TO RETAKE THE TESTS TO DOUBLE CHECK. SHE IS FRIENDLY AND EASY TO TALK TO ABOUT MY CONCERNS. I APPRECIATE HAVING HER AS MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN.

Dr. Esther Lee is the best doctor ever. I have been lucky enough to have her through my working days and now that I am retired. I have followed Dr. Lee from the Valencia office where I live to the first Canyon Country office and now to the second CC office. She has always be thorough at every visit. I love doctor Lee but... It is really hard to make an appointment with her. This last time, during the appointment, it felt like I had to be reminding her about my medical history all the time. I left with the feeling that the doctor didn't quite understand everything I said. I felt like the appointment was rushed.

Dr. Lee filled out the FAA form I needed while I was meeting with her, ensuring that the complex form was completed properly.

Dr. Lee is very busy, but I find her to be very thorough. She never hesitates to recommend a specialist when appropriate. I have received phone calls from her at 7pm to inform me of lab results, etc. Wow - that's dedication.
