Dr. Connolly is great! Very personable and makes everything easy to understand.

Very pleased with her expertise and guidance before and after surgery.

Dr. Connelly has been wonderful to my husband. She saved his foot.

Painless , fast and friendly Thank you

Top notch medical team ,caring and empathetic!

She operated on my right knee today and so far everything is fine.

She is easy to be around with during a visit. She was willing to look up a surgeon for a different problem that is bothering me I know that my travels will keep me from having my surgery in late May or early June. Abs I have total confidence in her abilities

I saw Dr. Connelly in 2020 for a pinky toe fracture. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, she listened with empathy, was kind and knowledgeable. I was so impressed that I took my child to see her the next month when she hurt her foot on our trampoline. She put a cast on her foot, we both had multiple follow up visits and x-rays. Dr. Connelly was always personable, professional and caring each time. When my elderly mom needed to see an orthopedic doctor in 2021 for her arthritic knee pain, I recommended Dr. Connelly. My mom felt that Dr. Connelly really listened to her, thoroughly explained her treatment options and was realistic about the expectations each might have for her pain relief. I trust Dr. Connelly so much it doesn’t bother me to drive 1 hour to 1.5 hours one-way from my home to the two Skagit NW offices if it gives me the peace of mind that I am receiving the best care from the best doctor.

In 2021, I crushed the bones in a section of my big toe and was treated at a walk-in clinic that x-rayed my foot and sold me a boot. Dr. Connelly received my x-rays, reviewed them, gave a report to their triage nurse who called me with her recommendation- what other doctor does that?! I was so relieved to hear within a few days of injury, and without having an office visit, that I didn’t need surgery or a cast. An appointment was made for a couple weeks later to do an x-ray and monitor how the bones were healing. Before that appointment, I learned that the insurance plan I had switched to that year was not accepted by Skagit NW Orthopedics, so I ended up cancelling my appointment with Dr. Connelly. There was only one orthopedic practice near my home and the doctors were too busy so I was seen by a Physician’s Assistant in the orthopedic practice twice. It bothered me that he said he couldn’t show me my x-rays during my office visits and told me I had to pick up a CD of the x-rays at the hospital affiliated with his clinic. Six weeks after this injury, I showed the x-rays to my friend who is a nurse and she pointed out to me that the bone under my toenail was out of alignment with the bone connected below it; the Physician’s Assistant never said anything to me about this in my two visits. I lost confidence in his knowledge and skills. I trust Dr. Connelly so much I decided to pay out of pocket for her to treat my injury. It doesn’t bother me to drive 1 hour to 1.5 hours one-way from my home to the two Skagit NW offices if it gives me the peace of mind that I am receiving the best care from the best doctor.
