Carey Ann Ronspies

I saw Dr. Ronspies at MMI. She was the second clinician there to evaluate me. The first clinician dismissed me off hand with virtually no examination of my history or my body. In contrast, Dr. Ronspies examined my medical history, including extensive records (I am in my 4th decade), and my entire body, and interviewed me fully. Regardless of whether I had come away with the "diagnosis" I believed was accurate, I can attest that Dr. Ronspies is attentive, caring, thorough, knowledgeable, and does genuinely listen to the patient. These are rare qualities, and for a person who has been dismissed for so many years (having a rare disorder), these are much needed qualities and provide relief and validation. My encounter with Dr. Ronspies was life altering.
