Dr.Ogletree is the best. He answered all of my questions and concerns.He was very detailed about every aspect of the procedure he was going to perform. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Very pleasant experience!

Everyone is always very professional and courteous. The wait time is minimal. Dr Ogletree has an excellent bedside manner which is very important. Listens to patient and explains to patient what's going on and what would be the medical course of action if any is needed.

I wish I could say I had the chance to speak with the Dr, but his time is obviously more valubale than anyone else's time. April-my first scheduled appt with him, waited an hour and he still had 2 more patients ahead of me-had to leave. 5/19, 2nd attempt-waited 50 minutes in the patients room before I had to leave-very frustrating. The practice is designed for overbooking appts, long waits and making money. Won't go back, and I would highly recommend finding another Dr first. Dr.Olgetree is a professional,efficient and knowledgeable Doctor very attentive to his patients care and needs and his office staff is very friendly,courteous and know there job

This is not a good place to go to , they never called me back for my results. I had to call them and was told they would call back and never did but they sure took my money… will never go there again

Couldn’t ask for a better Doctor! Dr. Ogletree develops relationships with his patients and treats them like family! I’ve been under Dr. Ogletree’s care for over 15 years - he’s beyond any doubt the best Doctor I have had. Very professional and personable - a rare trait now days. The only downfall I can think of is his allegiance to the Miami Hurricanes - Boomer Sooner!! Couldn’t ask for a better Doctor! Very professional, intelligent. I had a vasectomy so I probably won’t have to go back but I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

I contacted Dr. Carl W. Ogletree's office at approximately 9:30 am Thursday Aug. 9, 2017. The person who answered the phone started out very pleasant; however, the conversation quickly went downhill. I was asked for my insurance information and once I gave the person on the phone my information i was told that she checked her system and that she could not find me in the system under the name I had given her. I assured her that I only had one name and the spelling she had was correct. She then told me “I" needed to contact my insurance company and find out how they had my name spelled in the system. Never mind the fact that I explained to her that I have been using united health care for the past 10 years. Nevertheless, I called United Health Care and they informed me that my name was spelled correctly in the system and that the doctor’s office should have contacted them if there was a problem and not me. So I called back to Dr. Ogletree's office and spoke with the same receptionist and I received the same nasty attitude that i received previously. She further informed me that she would not call the number that I called, proceeded to put me on hold several times for at least 5 minutes each time, and when she came back to the phone with me she told me the only way the doctor would see me was for me to pay up front out of pocket. I am so frustrated with the disrespect received from this doctor's office. I am a perfectly healthy person and have only been in the hospital to give birth to my children. I cannot image having to go through this on a continuous bases. This is so sad that this is what our health care system become. I have health care and have always had health insurance, but I can't stop thinking about all those who don't have health insurance. If i am going through this with insurance what does a person go through that does not have any insurance. Dr. Ogletree may be a great physician but I will never know because his surrounding members of his team are poor supporting cast members and I can only assume that the Dr. is only as good as his supporting cast? great doctor funny guy....I got to admit though every time I step foot inside there, a new batch of staff awaits....

My husbad went to this doctor, he explained everything we needed to know and andwer all of our questions. He found a tumor and removed it, everything went fine during surgery. He made us feel really secure and gave us real life statistics. The only thing I didnt like was another female doctor, called us saying she was a doctor but she was very rude, and personally did not the way she explained things, so I had Ogletree call us and he made everything clear. When I went to see the Dr. I had numerous problems beside urology. I have never seen a Dr. fight for his patient the way he did.

I went to see Dr. Ogletree to schedule an appointment for a vasectomy. I told him that I needed it done on a Friday because of my job. He and his staff agreed that was easily done. After waiting a month for them to verify my insurance, I was finally able to get my procedure scheduled a couple of weeks later. They called me the friday before to tell me that Dr. Ogletree would be out of town and I'd need to reschedule. After the third time they did this I was offered any day but Friday. Time waste
