Dr. Carl Alan Steed

Excellent! As a patient of his for the past year he has provided the guidance and insight I've been needing. I don't know where I'd be without him and his care!

Very disappointed in the manner in which my sons care has been managed. In order to get my sons referrals moving I had to inject myself into the process. Receptionist at the time was not helpful and Dr. Steed regularly told my son that he should be getting a call from the provider he was being referred too. I would contact that office and they didnt have a referral for him. My son would mention it to Dr. Steed and he would reiterate the fax was submitted. Insurance money is not being well spent and I recommend that there be additional oversight at this office. These types of issues continually occur when patients arent clear of what level of service they should be receiving. Often time my son had to wait a few minutes for his provider to show up for a Saturday appt. and of course his time with the physician was not extended however my insurance company was billed for a regular appointment. These types of snafu's require oversight.

I've seen several psychologists throughout the country during my travels and I've never felt more comfortable talking about my condition than with Dr. Carl Steed. He seems to understand what I'm going through and I couldn't be happier in the forms of treatment that he has provided.

Very inflexible in his method of treatment. I saw no improvements after a year of treatment. I am now seeing a therapist outside of Allina who truly understands my condition and we have seen amazing results in less than a month.
