Staff does not process referrals for patients in a timely fashion. Not organized...do not recommend this practice to anyone.

2 stars because Dr.Lira is a great doctor but unfortunately his staff and his wife who works as a receptionist are super unprofessional/ disrespectful and can’t handle their work load. When you ask them to do something the receptionist says things like “ we have a lot more important patients than you” “I have 500 calls on hold” and she goes on and on doesn’t let you speak or get your point across because she easily gets defensive and then doesn’t stop fighting.Also, If you need a referral always double check if they’ve sent them because they never do!!! And if they do not on time. Great staff, Dr Lira always want you to stay healthy always wants you to do your follow up !!

Dr. Lira takes his time with his patients to explain what is needed for their wellness. Both my husband and I see him and we both receive the best of care.

Dr LIra and his staff are great, always in contact to check upon my health and how i am doing periodically, very important fact in the time being, they make me feel safe and very well taiwn care of. Video health appointment work fine, and a good way to follow up under the circunstances we are living. Very professional, very detailed info about my health situation and the ongoing treatment., and the most important very personal at the same time. Dr. Lira and his staff are amazing! Whenever I call, they always make accommodations to see me as early as possible. Dr. Lira truly cares about his patients.

Great doctor, great staff

New Dr A was very personable and comfortable to speak with.

Dr. Lira has shown to have a very caring service, experience, and knowledge. Again, His caring character and attitude are excellent and hard to find.

Dr. Lira is very professional and intelligent He treats his patient a with courtesy and respect. He discusses the plan of treatment with the patient and welcomes their input. He has been my internist a number of years and and I don’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. He deserves a 5 star rating!

Dr Lira's office is awesome. His staff is wonderful, always polite, friendly and willing to help. This is an internist office like no other I have seen. They return their messages even if its after 5pm. They are always on point, if you need a referral they make sure it gets done in time for your visit.

Receptionist extremely unprofessional. This office is a scam, the type of stuff local news needs to hear about. Will come up with whatever they can to bill you and your insurance. Too many negatives to list! My recommendation, DO NOT go to this office.

I tried to book an appointment here and let me tell you if I could give zero stars I would! The receptionist Patrica is an absolute nightmare to deal with she’s extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with! I’ve heard such great things about the doctor and wanted to be seen but she was so rude and nasty I told her not to bother booking me. Very thorough, thoughtful made me feel like everything will be ok . He always aired on the side of caution..I will go as far as I love the staff there.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Lira for almost 15 years. We could not be happier. We have always been treated with full respect and professionalism. Dr, Lira is a very friendly and personable doctor. He makes you feel comfortable and spends a lot of time with you explaining things and answering all your questions.

Dr. Lira is a highly skilled diagnostician with an excellent bedside manner. He is extremely competent and up-to-date. I have a lot of confidence in him.

Very impressed by Dr Lira. His personality, his way of making you feel your getting the best care, he’s very thorough about explaining thing so you don’t leave his office not knowing . Usually dread going to the Doctor but Dr. Lira makes it a comfortable experience. Happy to have found him.

Awful experience, First of all he was rude because I was telling him I knew things that he didn't like to hear, second He has a medical " assistant " that's rude and does not allow the other assistants to do their job and the doctor seems like he thinks he knows it all and NOT even him knows it all, he seemed aggravated that we came in with our family and he doesn't know the reason why but still asked us to go outside and only leaving the " patient " inside the room, anyways Overall it was our first time here and we left and Will never go back to this doctor, He did not even check my ears when I said I had a ringing in my ear I mean it was just awful in general then they wanted to charge me for the visit when I clearly know it was of NO charge but the lady got mad because I knew and 'charge me, this place is a Joke I do NOT recommend it to anyone.

The staff at this office is HORRIBLE! I had to wait two days just to get a hold of the referral coordinator. I have been trying to be a referral for over a week now and they did not even give me a call back to state that there was a problem.

Always super helpful the staff is nice!!

Had an appointment on 11/6 and was running late so I called staff member told me don't bother showing up that they were no longer taking new patients. Problem is I had seen the doctor twice before and he was the one that told me on my last visit that he wanted to see me again in 3 months for a follow-up visit.

This been my doctor for the last 5years the best so far i won't go to another one as long they are on my medical plans .love them grat staff ????

Dr. Lira has the attributes I seek in a doctor. 1- Is thorough and takes time to examine his patients 2- Listen patiently all my questions and responds 3- I notice that his advice is an excellent one 4- He is the BEST primary care doctor I have ever have 5- His staff is kind and always willing to respond to your need Again he is the BEST.

Best doctor you can find. His practice has changed so much. If you can get to see him, he is the best doctor in Palm Beach County. Love Dr lira, I feel like I'm going to a hometown doctor when I go there. But I've been going for over 25 years to the same office. Thank you Dr lira for who you are, the best family doctor around. and I mean it!
