Dr. Carlos Roberto Ponce

This doctor has no appreciation for any of his patients time. You make an appointment and then you arrive early even and the lobby is packed and his staff tells you there is a two hour wait. I’ve rescheduled three times because I refused to wait that long. I’ve arrived twenty five minutes early and the lobby is full once again however the staff says it should only be 30 minutes. However, after I paid my copay, I asked is the dr even here? And she informs me no not yet. Are you kidding? Very unprofessional to book so many people and not have the courtesy to be when they show for their appointments. Just goes to show a dr that is only interested in billing insurance. No respect for patients or their time. I’m here to get results and then i don’t plan on coming back. Very disappointed.

In and out for my appointment in 30min. Staff and doctor were very friendly.

I have always had a great experience with the staff and Dr. Carlos Ponce. All of my procedures were successful. I cannot thank the Dr. and his staff enough.

Waited 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room, spoke with the Dr. for a sum of 3 minutes, 2 of which was small talk. Not impressed and will look elsewhere.

I understand they have patients but tried contacting the office. I was on hold for over 30 minutes!!! HORRIBLE! Didn’t even let me leave a message so that they could call me back later.

Dr Carlo’s Ponce is very knowledgeable and professional physician I felt confident when I go to his office or Giotto have a procedure with him and his staff is very nice and helpful

Very friendly n courteous staff. Doctor listens to our problems n is very explanatory with our guestions. Best in my list. Kudos to this group!

His billing staff coded my procedure wrong so I ended up with $5000.00 in bills which I was never told I would be getting. After getting the procedure done in May, I was told nothing, no results nothing for over 2 months. They continue to bill every time you go to the office even for follow up appt after a procedure.

I always have a great experience with Dr Carlos Ponce! It is a very friendly and uniquely caring environment. Everyone makes sure the patient is informed and comfortable.

Dr Carlos Ponce was attentive, listened to my issues and prescribed some additional over the counter medications and increased the dosage of my prescribed medication.

Terrible experience. Don't waste your time with this doctor. Waiting time was well over two hours. Dozens of people in the waiting room, more than a handful standing because there weren't enough chairs. Once called, I was told that the doctor couldn't see me because of my insurance even though they had this information on the phone days before. After waiting 2 hours, I requested to see the doctor anyway who refused to even answer a single question, preferring to go on a diatribe about Obamacare!
