I had my procedure done in 2017. I waited a year before proceeding to do any revisions for my breathing issue. Dr.Wolf did a revision that didn’t fix the issue. He mentioned that in order to fix the issue, that my nose will have to change. I don’t understand why my breathing anatomy wasn’t considered to begin with? I chose him because he was supposedly an ENT as well. He also recommended breathing strips, which was quite upsetting because prior to this surgery I had no issues breathing. He also mentioned that I may have allergies. I went to an allergist and I have none. The anatomy of my nose was not well done so now I have to go see an actual ENT to get this issue corrected. Definitely do not recommend for rhinoplasty.

He is an amazing doctor. I cancel my surgery for medical reason but I have seen his work. once my medical are great I will go to Dr wolf. He is very talented. I wish I give 100 stars

Dr. Wolf is the best!!! He did my Upper Bleph. and I could not be happier. Seriously. I can do winged liner, my eyelid isn't getting caught in my lash curler anymore, and I have clearer vision. Deciding to have plastic surgery is a big deal, but finding the right doctor to do it was an even bigger deal. When searching for a doctor I was given a million opinions and had a bunch of doctors to choose from. After many consultations I went with Dr. Wolf at Miami Plastic Surgery. His kind and sincere manner caught me from the get go; as well as his professionalism, calm demeanor and expertise. The whole process leading up to surgery was much a breeze, during that time I felt even more confident that I made the right choice by going with Dr. Wolf. I first went to him at age 16. He made my nose look better since it had a a bump, it was wider, and pointed down (a lot). He did make an improvement on my nose from the one I was born with but it still points down dramatically. I've always hated that it pointed down and I'm not sure why it wasn't corrected the first time. I went back to him 10 years later (at age 26) hoping he could correct it. Dr. wolf promised me he could do and that I'd love my nose. I'm honestly embarrassed to say I went back for a second because my nose looks EXACTLY the same as the first time. Literally. All my friends that have seen me and know I went back a second time ask why I went since they couldn't see a different from before. It's honestly embarrassing and I still hate my nose. I wish he wouldn't have lied to me, had me pay money and have surgery during my Christmas break, get bruised up and everything TO LOOK THE EXACT SAME. I had my first Rhinoplasty with Dr Carlos Wolf in 2015 which didn’t give either of us (Dr or myself) the expected results, so exactly one year later in 2016 we both agreed to do a revision surgery ( rhinoplasty #2). At the beginning I felt somewhat satisfied with the results and he promised they would get better with time, but as time went by, my nose collapsed and the appearance became more crooked and uneven making it almost impossible to breathe through my nose for almost 4 long years. Amazing rhinoplasty experience!!!! After several consultations from different surgeons and even some from out of Miami, I decided to go with Dr.Wolf. Not only was he a better choice compared to the others financially, but he seemed to understand the exact results I wanted, and delivered! I was hesitant about a surgery on a holiday but my daughter’s commitment with her college schedule prevented her to have it on different time. Although the surgery occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone made sure everything ran smoothly and that I felt comfortable with the procedure and the overall process. 29 years ago, my mother went to Dr. Wolf to fix her nose after she had a bad surgery experience with another surgeon. When I decided that I wanted to get a rhinoplasty, Dr. Wolf was highly recommended by my mother. I was nervous about having nose surgery because I did not want to have a dramatic difference, I wanted to look like me but with minor improvements. Once I met Dr. Wolf I was very confident that he would achieve the outcome that I wanted. He listened to me and what I wanted and gave me his professional opinion. Six months ago I got a rhinoplasty, and I’m in love with the results. My nose fits my face perfectly, and it looks so natural. I received a closed rhinoplasty, so I had no scarring and it took less than two weeks for the bruising to completely disepate. Everyone always asks me if it was painful, and the answer is absolutely not. I didn’t even need to take a Tylenol! I would say the worst part of the whole experience is wearing the cast for a whole week because it cannot get wet. That makes showers and washing you face very complicated (it can still be done, just very carefully). Other than that minor discomfort, everything went perectly. I was 15 when I had the procedure, and I am so grateful that my parents agreed to it. My confidence has boosted, and I am no longer insecure to be seen from certain angles. It’s a costly operation ($9,500), but remember that you will have a nose your whole life. If you do the math, a Netflix subscription is around $0.40 a day, while a new nose (if I live for another 65 years) is less than a cent a day. Also my breathing has improved, and no, my stingy insurance did not pay for any of this. They don’t care if you have a deviated septum or a broken nose, they won’t help you out. In conclusion, if you are on the fence about a nose job, I 100% reccomend you do it, and Dr. Wolf is definitely the surgeon for you. I am so so happy with my results. I truly could never repay Dr. Wolf and his staff for what they did for me. I had a fairly large piece of skin removed above my eyebrow due to skin cancer; because I am a very young female (in my 20’s) I was devastated by “what could have been” but because I made the best decision EVER and chose Dr. Wolf to work his magic...YOU CAN NOT EVEN SEE A SCAR or tell I had surgery at all. I am delighted with my results, it's only been 10 days so there is still some swelling, but i am thrilled with my refreshed appearance and my neck looks wonderful! I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Wolf. I love the way my nose looks; Dr. Wold listened to exactly what I wanted (a natural-looking nose and minimal change to the front) and I love the results. He was comforting before the surgery, followed up and called the night of the surgery to ask how I was doing. I had very little bruising and swelling. I highly recommend Dr. Wolf, and I will continue to go back to him if I ever need anything else done.
