The office is very hot. I did not like her method of putting one vaccine at a time and they never answer the phone.

Dr Sierra is a blessing to me! She takes the time to listen to my health concerns and uses due diligence in treating me. If she has to refer me to a specialist, she contacts them to form a team in my treatment. She explains everything to me in terms I understand. I highly suggest her as a primary care doctor.

Dr. Sierra is the best. She’s been my doctor since I was a kid back in Chicago. I’m now 20, living in Florida and she’s still my doctor. My family and I drive an hour to see her because she is the only person we can completely trust. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Wouldn’t trade her for anyone!

Dr. Sierra has been my doctor for over 5 years. I would not be around to write this review without her. She saved my life and continues to keep me healthy. I truly love this doctor...one of God's angels among us!

Excelente!!!

First off, the waiting room IS EXTREMELY HOT. REALLY HOT. I waited 45 minutes, I asked front desk how many people I had in front of me, in which I was told " 3 - 4, Sorry we had a lot of emergency walk ins". All I can think of is GREED.

Recent events from having a allergy attack I went to see Dr Carmen. She was extremely supportive and gave me two different shots and placed me in a room to be watched for over two hours as she knew I was alone. She was well prepared to treat my allergy and very sympathetic. Thanks again.

Dr. Carmen Sierra is a good physician with a lot of experience. She does listen to her patients and has educated me on my conditions. Also, she responds well to the patient portal and to say more she even has called me directly when needed. Just to comment on other peoples reviews. She is closed on Wednesday because she visits elderly people at nursing homes. Before criticizing ask why first. Just my two cents. Dr. Sierra is awesome! Gracias por tu atencion y cuidado!

Staff not friendly & helpful, Dr Sierra won't listen to her patient or needs you explain your history and forgets your care like she meets you for the 1st time everytime you see her. If you need referrals or prescriptions sent out they don't or say they did and don't. And what Dr is closed on a Wednesday? And they will not return phone calls even if it's important.

Dr. Carmen Sierra has really helped me with my condition. I work in a high stress job and her help has been invaluable. I would and am recommending her to everyone I know. Her staff is beyond friendly and she really cares about her patients. If you want 5 star service and treatment don't look any further then taking a visit to Dr. Carmen Sierra's office.

Dr. Sierra was not very friendly and seemed rather annoyed treating my children. My family felt very uncomfortable during our visit. She did not wear gloves nor did her medical assistants when giving my child shots. She also gave the shot in the deltoid, when a shot should be given in the vastus lateralis muscle on a child under the age of 3.

Dr Sierra is a very good and nice Dr. She has been all over the world. Because of her age she has seen a lot and dealt with a lot. She is well qualified. For some reason my insurance has dropped her and I am not happy about it. When they get good Drs they loose them because they don't wan t to pay them. So sorry to have to find a new Dr.
