Very professional doctor and is really compassionate to her patients.

I have been going to dr baun since my children were little they are nowadults and I currently send my granddaughter as well. Always nice and she followup.

Dr Baun has been my kids pediatrician from birth very good doctor, very professional and caring I highly recommend her.

Shes really good very profesional. The nurses and the front desk are so nice and helpful i took my baby there when he born and the i moved to Pennsylvania now we came back to ny and im taking him again to doctor Baun. Really recommended!

Dr. Baun is a very caring doctor. She listens and Explains the medical conditions. She is patient and can relate very well to young people. She puts the patient at ease. My daughter aged -out or she would still continue to see her.

Dr. Baun is great since my child was 4 days old until now she is 13.

Love Dr.Baun she has been my pediatrician for over 19yrs. My opinion she is fantastic and does her job well.

Dr Baun has been my sons pediatrician for 16 years. She’s excellent, professional , caring and competent. The staff is very professional and helpful.

Dr Baun has been my son's pediatrician since day 1. He has chronic asthma and severe eczema since he was a baby, and was in and out of emergency room and everytime he was admitted to LIJ, Dr. Baun is always there to check up on him, she is not only a pediatrician but she is like a 2nd mom to my son. My son just graduated highschool and will be soon 18. He would be really sad to do the doctor transitions soon. Thank you Dr. Baun. Stay magnanimous. We love you!God bless. I just finished reading all the reviews for Dr. Baun and I would have been in agreement if it hadn't been for my experience with dealing with Dr. Baun with the birth of my second child. I took my eldest child to Dr. Baun for almost 9 years. My daughter was very comfortable her. I liked her and she was very warm and genuinely cared for my child's wellbeing. My youngest child, who is special needs, did not get the same courtesy. Dr. Baun never mistreated my special needs son, however when it came to all the paperwork and follow up needed for his care, Dr. Baun showed her true colors. It was constant complaining, even though I asked her if she had experience dealing with special needs kids and she said yes she had a few. Everytime I called in regards to forms that needed to be filled out for my son, it was complaints from her. To the point where I found myself apologizing just so I could appease her so i could get the forms filled out on time in order to get the services he needs. Anyone that is raising a special needs child understands the stress and challenges you go through. My expe experience with Dr. Baun added to my stress. I honestly have to say I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in her. Normally I don't take the time to write reviews, although I read reviews all the time, but I felt compelled to write one especially if you are a parent of a special needs child. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DR. CAROLINA BAUN. The only reason why I didn't give her a 1 is because I didn't have any issues with her dealing with my typically developed child. Love her, she is sweet and patient. My family been going to her for over 20 years.

I have been taking my daughter's to this office since she saw them hours after being born in the hospital. Great office, exceptional staff and doctor.

Dr. Baun has been our children's pediatrician for almost 11 years. We live in the upper west side and her staff always does their best to accommodate our schedules. A true professional.

I was a patient of Dr. Baun as a kid. I'm now 31 and since she's still practicing she's the best choice for my 2 and 3 year old.

Dr. Baun is by far one of the best pediatricians I have ever met. She is very caring and makes us feel extremely comfortable all while keeping her professionalism. Her staff is extremely helpful and so accommodating. And if ever you need to be referred to any outside testing or so forth, this office stays on top of the outcome. I have never felt like a number or lost in her practice. They know who my daughters and I are and that makes us comfortable to know we are cared about in her services. I have an unpleasant experience with one of her staff, Lily, who answered the phone when I was about to make an appointment for my child. Phone etiquette is not one of her vocabulary. She is rude and arrogant. She would speak to you as if you are way out of her league. I can find no sense of respect and courtesy from her. She should resign if she can't handle the pressure of the job rather than drag down the reputation of the office. Another example of poor quality of customer service.

She is an amazing pediatrician. She is sweet, understanding of concerns that parents have, she goes out of her way for you when she can. Most of the children in my family have her as a PCP and we all feel the same way for her. She is wonderful.

Dr. Baun has been my son's pediatrician since he was 2 weeks old and hes now in high school. She's an amazing doctor with lots of patience and very knowledgeable. She is a real person with an incredible bedside manner who genuinely cares about her patients.
