I love this practice. Staff is always helpful and office is so clean. Doctor is always professional with great bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Choi.

I don’t visit the doctor much, but when I do I see Dr Choi. SHE IS THE BEST! I happen to need to get in asap and had to see Dr Cottrell, I was kind of nervous about it. But he was great ???????? thank you Dr Cottrell for making a doubter into a believer.

Dr. Caroline Choi is outstanding and she is caring about her patients. I was infected with COVID-19 early April 2021 and felt worse day by day. Eventually, I had problem breathing. On a Saturday afternoon, I visited her office. She observed my breathing and tested my blood oxygen level and became seriously concerned. She told me not to go home but to NCH ER directly. Now, I am fully recovered. But, if she did not send me to hospital on time, I would get much worse and consequentially my health would have been damaged more seriously. Doctor Choi and staff are the best! They always take the time to discuss things with you. I never, never feel rushed. Also, instead of suggesting a prescription like most doctors do, she will discuss other options first as an alternate. I like having choices when it comes to my health. Dr. Choi is so kind and caring. She really listens to you and takes time with you. You’re not rushed through and she really wants to help you. I have recommended her to several people.

Incredibly capable, thoughtful, and excellent doctor. Not only a great doctor, but wonderful staff too. Very insightful and knowledgable doctor with true compassion and concern. Well run practice. Recommend very HIGHLY.

Dr. Choi is a caring and compassionate doctor who spends time learning about her patients to properly diagnose and help with preventative measures. She has been my doctor for years and I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I love this practice, but every time I have come, they have recommended me to specialists. I just feel like I should have make appointments with those specialists first.

Staff was always friendly and my annual checkups have went smoothly

Dr Choi is an exceptional physician - carring, compassionate, outside the box thinker who will not stop in seeking the best solution for her patients. I am very fortunated to have her on my team and i would recommend her to family, friends, or anyone fighting for their life.

Dr. Choi is a gem. Not many doctors today spend time with you to make sure all your questions are answered. You don't feel like there is a stopwatch is ticking. She is caring, easy to understand and accessable.
