I really wanted to have a good experience with this office and Dr. Milan based off of reviews and a referral from a family friend. I felt the office staff was not very unfriendly as soon as walking through the door. Upon entering the exam room and expressing my concerns, I truly felt rushed and that she did not care what my issues were. I was referred to a fertility clinic and sent on my way when I’m not even trying to get pregnant at this present time, which was extremely confusing to me. Maybe her and the staff were having an off day. I’m really not sure. However, I would never recommend this practice based off of my personal experience.

Super doctor! She takes her time, asks questions and is truly interested in her patients.

Dr Millian is the best GYN ever! I moved here in 2014 and I loved my OB/GYN up north and thought I would never find a another Dr that good. Well to my surprise I did!! She is awesome!! She is professional, personable and sincerely cares!! Best Dr you could ever want as an OB/GYN!! Love her!!

Dr. Milan is hands down the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. She is intelligent, compassionate and respectful. All my life I have had to go to the health department for all of my women's care needs and I felt like livestock being herded through. The doctors never listened to my concerns, always pushed their ideals on to me, forcing me in to various forms of contraception. My visit to Island Women's Care yesterday was the complete opposite. Dr. Millan is awesome! I've seen several gynecologists over the past 25 years, and I like her better than all the rest. She really listens, makes the exam process very comfortable and explains everything thoroughly. Office was able to give me an appointment right away.

Awesome , caring , listen , knowledgeable

Dr. Millian along with her staff is the best. Even though I only knew her for short period of time, I feel so much love when i enter her facility. Her along with her nurse Toni took out a lot of time trying to help me threw all of obstacles and went above helping me get situated with other information that needed to be done for surgeries. You guys the best can't thank you enough. Love Genice

What a wonderful experience! Not usually what you say about going to your GYN right? Seriously, from Gina at the desk getting me in the next day (unheard of in CT) to Toni the nurse prepping me and making me feel comfortable to Dr. Millan who is the most professional, experienced, kind, gentle, informative and funny (you have to have humor in this type of relationship!) doctor I've ever had. Thank you ladies... I feel blessed to have found your practice!

Dr.Millan is awesome! I was looking for a gynecologist, (I'm from Texas) and she is great. I felt like she cared about me and any of my concerns, she listened and gave good advice. I'm a particular person who pays attention to details and probably critical, and I love her!

Dr. Milan (formerly Dr. Heimberger) is such a wonderful, compassionate and caring Gynecologist! I absolutely love her and her great bedside manner. She takes time to get to know you and listen to your concerns and then offer several avenues of help.
