I have been seeing Dr Dillard for over 15 years I wouldn't go see anyone else but her. Staff is up to par and very friendly I will use her till she retires.

I'm not a patient of hers but I've meet her , she was my friends doctor and I've been trying to get in to see her she's great

Absolutely Horrible! The staff & Doctor were appalling- I suffer from PTSD and was ridiculed in front of many waiting patients. Had an appointment, was made fun of, my phone was slapped out of my hand. Then was told to leave the property- she refused medical services to me even though she is my PPO; I usually see a APN through the same network due to her being busy but today she had me banned from the office. The staff made fun of me, laughed at me, so so so disheartened at the lack of empathy from this "medical facility". Seems to a bunch of mean women who belittle people. By the way I was going in to be seen for Multiple sclerosis. Never go here. Absolutely Horrible! Dr Carolyn and her staff are Wonderful ... Thank U Ladies .. I got right in on my appointment .I like tht cuz I do not wanna wait for long periods to see a dr , I give 5 stars

The bad reviews are not likely even a patient! All b.s., staff to Dr are all top notch and professional, I've been going for years and zero complaints as far as I'm concerned and I come from a lifetime of medical family etc. Thanks Dr. Dillard and staff!

I’m sad to see these ugly reviews on Dr. Dillard and her staff. My husband went to her today for the first time and Dr. Dillard and her staff are very professional and very friendly. Dr. Dillard treats you like a friend and not an animal. She is very, very personable & professional.

Dr. Dillard and her staff are awesome! They treat all patients with care and respect. I've been a patient for many years. Occasionall there will be a long.... wait. But it's worth the wait. Ignore the bad reviews, sour grapes, this office is worth waiting for.

I wouldn't even give 1 star but had to. You will wait hours to even get in your actual appointment, and then when you do she treats you like you are stupid and doesn't even listen to what you are having issues with. So don't waste your time with this quack.

I have had only good experiences with this clinic. Yes, maybe the receptionist arent as friendly as other places, but when I am seen in the back I have had very polite, caring and professional individuals. Receptionist have to deal with alot of unsavory people who arent feeling well. That can cause them to have a cautious attitude.

This office is full of terrible people! Staff unprofessional and uncaring.

The front desk people are sooooo so so rude its not even funny. Yall need to fire them and get new people they are just awful.

She is a quack. Was in office 4 hrs for appointment. Wants to do all these tests and charge you for things she did not do , but not help you after all the testing. Then wants to give you a stupid reply about diagnosis when she does not know what she is talking about. Front desk staff and nurses are rude also.

The most unprofessional pratice I have experienced yet. She reffers you out to a bunch of specalist, which is great! Yet, doesnt explain to you that if you fail to tell her every prescription given to you by any specialist, controlled or not, she will just stop filling medications you need without hearing you out. Instead the office calls the day of you appoinment to let you know that its pointless to come in. Had I known baclofen was such a big deal after oral sugery.. i would of called!!!

her staff is rude and has no customer service at all, and it is all about money with her. my husband had to come back the next morning for lab work and they wanted another copay from him, which should have been considered a follow up appointment from the day before because they are the ones that didn't want to do lab work on his schedule appt. day. she needs to get control of her staff or she is going to lose more people and have to get rid of some of the rude girls. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING
