Dr. Jones makes you feel comfortable and is very easy to talk with. You can tell she has compassion and actually enjoys her career. She is very thorough! We were finally given a diagnosis for my son after seeing different geneticists for 5 1/2 years. Wonderful doctor!

I love Dr, Jones! Very smart genetist and the very best in Illinois. She does listen and she is a very caring Doctor. She has been working with me and my three sons and believe me we have been to several Genetists and she is by far the very best genetist and knowledgeable Genetist there is. My oldest son absolutely loves her and even though he doesn't feel good majority of the time she gets him and she understands him. She is very attentive and caring and her genetic counselor is sweet and caring. I don't agree that she's rude or uncaring and she certainly didn't treat us this way. To be honest she's the smartest genetist in this area and we love her!

Doesn't listen. Interrupts patients/ caregivers with in a couple seconds. Gave the wrong diagnosis. Talks down to everyone and has a terrible attitude.
