Compassionate and competent doctor/surgeon. Couldn't have asked for better care from Dr. Aarons and his team.

It has been 5 years since Dr. Carey Aarons performed my extremely successful surgery. If not for Dr. Aarons, I would still have a colostomy bag. I thank God for Dr. Aarons every day. I believe in God and Dr. Carey Aarons. He is the Best of the Best and is a talented genius who I will always remember and forever be grateful for.

I had surgery this past summer 2018 by Dr. Aarons and found him to be a wonderful, caring surgeon - can't say enough positive things about him! However, because he is at HUP he has no say over what staff gets assigned to him and this is a problem. The worst Physician Assistant I ever met works for him (think self-absorbed, immature, inept Millenial) and I found one of his residents to be horrible (again, another idiot Millenial). I won't go back to his practice again if I have to deal with them

My colonoscopy seemed to indicate strictures in the colon. We were advised to see Dr Cary Aarons, a very competent colorectal surgeon. He looked at the copy of the colonoscopy and gently said, “I don’t think you have strictures but a sharp angle in your colon. I may be able to correct that without surgery. “ Though his schedule was tight, he graciously arranged to be available when another surgeon resectioned the strictures in the small intestine. As he had thought, he was able to straighten the kink in the colon, without a second surgery. We are truly grateful for his keen perception and expertise to remedy the situation, without an incision and the need for recovery! He is a one-of-a-kind surgeon and we highly recommend him. I honestly couldn't say one bad thing about Dr. Aarons. He saved my life and the compassion he showed for me is more then I could ever ask for. He is such a wonderful wonderful person and amazing dr and I feel honored to have been his patient.

Dr. Aarons is a wonderful doctor. He is not only a great surgeon, but his manner is very calming and confident. He helped me through two major surgeries. I wouldn't go to any other surgeon.

Dr. Aarons is a great surgeon with a calming and confident bedside manner. He got me through two major abdominal surgeries and I highly recommend him.
