Dr. Cuite is the only, and I mean ONLY good thing about CEENTA. After Dr. Jaben allowed me to use eyedrops for 3 days that caused my eye to swell shut and become so crusted over during the night that I couldn't even open it, Dr. Cuite fixed me up. CEENTA is the worst group of doctors I have ever dealt with, but at least Dr. Cuite's office returned my call and had me come in immediately when given the circumstances of my problem. As it turned out, I was allergic to the drops prescribed to me. Not that it was Dr. Jaben's fault, but he did nothing about it, and when I told him at my follow up visit, he got rude and snarky. Dr, Cuite was sweet, knowledgeable, and best of all, kind and caring, and gave me some drops that didn't hurt my eye any further. She knew immediately upon examining my eye what the problem was. I knew right away I could trust her, which is very important to me, especially with my eyes. She is a light-hearted spirit and I would go to her for my eye issues if she weren't with such a lousy, mercenary, and inefficient group, who will report you to the credit bureau because their billing department doesn't do their job right. I'd like to give every other doctor at CEENTA that I have dealt with a poor review, but I'd never have the time to explain all the issues I've had with them. I have very rare difficult eye condition. Dr. Cutie was very attentive. Even though she was unable to “solve” my problems she gave me more time/understanding than most others. I would recommend her for her patients.

Dr Cuite made me feel like someone genuinely cared about my husband's issue. She consulted a colleague to confirm her suspicion. Tests were ordered. She spoke in words non-medical people can understand. I am confident that she's the right doctor in this situation.

I felt I was rushed through the procedure also found her to be rude and contradictive when I tried to explain some symptoms I was having felt like she didn't believe or could care less about what I was saying! Then by the time we got to the car I had blood coming out of the eye bandage that was just put on! She won't be seeing me again!

Dr. Cuite is very professional but at the same time having a way that makes you feel very comfortable. She's full of life and enjoy her sense of humor. My husband had an eye procedure done by Dr. Cute and everything went well. I saw her today and she's going to help me with my eye issues. I highly recommend Dr. Cuite

She took the time to explain options and treatments and their pros and cons. Dr Cuite also explained my past ocular issues due to my medical problems. She warrants high praise.

Dr. Cuite has to be one of the sweetest people, and most talented doctors ever.

Dr. Cuite was the first eye doctor I’ve seen since I was 10 years old who listened to me and recognized the reality of an issue I’ve had for my entire life. She initiated the further investigation of the problem and how to pursue treatment.

Dr Cuite is wonderful. She is so friendly and helpful. She listens to you. I had really bad thyroid eye disease, she recommended Tepezza which I was approved for. I am so happy with the results. I would highly recommend Dr Cuite.

Dr Cuite is one of my favorite physicians. She’s a perfectionist, honest, extremely intelligent and patient. I love speaking with her at appointments. I trust her judgment regarding all things as well as for Botox. She’s a jewel in Charlotte. I adore her and look forward to my appointments!

Very frustrating. The Dr. did not address my main concern. Instead tried to get me to self-pay plastic surgery. Then...see you in a year. i will not be returning to this Dr. Not will I recommend her.

Dr Cuite is a wonderful professional, always care for her patient.

Dr. Cuite really knows her stuff and explains it well. She is pleasant and efficient. She fixed an eye, face, cheek issue and was spot on.

Dr. Cuite and her staff were very friendly. The doctor was running quite late, but she is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She will be removing my eyelid cyst and doing a biopsy in a few weeks. I have complete confidence in her abilities.

Dr. Cuite is excellent. She was thoughtful about how she approached my surgery. She explained everything carefully. Excellent surgical result (correcting a drooping eyelid) with no pain and minimal swelling.

Dr. Cuite is fantastic! Saw her a second time this week for an eye procedure. She and her team explained everything and we kind and compassionate throughout the process. Grateful to have found an eye doctor with her expertise who is also kind and caring.

Dr. Cuite is extremely sensitive to making sure that you look normal. With my brows, she recommended an approach that she said would take a little longer to heal but long term results would be much better. With 20 plus years experience with this type of surgery, her expertise is obvious. Plus,she is delightful person.

Dr Cuite is the best. I had surgery on Friday May 28th. I am very happy with the DCR she done. When I first went to see her my eye watered all the time. She is very professional and I would recommend her to anyone. She called me on a Saturday to check on me after surgery. If I have any eye problems she will be the one I choose.

This was a referral from Dr. Stewart, also with Charlotte EENT.... And, I could not have been more pleased! Dr. Cuite was welcoming, personable, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to establish trust and convey that she truly cared about me as a patient and as a person. She listened to me , asked questions, explained what needed to be done-- and, why. Dr. Cuite is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. She did a fantastic job on my procedure and I couldn’t be happier. I am two weeks out and have healed beautifully- look great and have had no issues and plenty of compliments- her team is amazing , the facility is professional, clean and efficient. Dr. Cuite is compassionate and strives for excellence, her bed side manner is caring and leaves you with a feeling of comfort and confidence in her skills and ability. She also checked on me frequently In the days after my procedure to see how I was doing which really impressed my husband and I! I rarely write a review, but wanted to take the time to now as she truly is an amazing doctor. You will be Very pleased to work with her.

I would not recommend this facility for a variety of reasons. One: you can never reach anyone and hold times are min 30 minutes. Secondly, the initial appointment waiting followed by time spent on qualifying you to get the procedure paid for by an insurer and little on the need-to knows about the surgery itself or cost? I saw them in November. I had no idea what to ask because I didn't know what I didn't know. I was told little about the surgery itself, side effects, healing process - anything. Three months later I am told I qualify for the surgery and this will be my appointment date. Then 48 hours before surgery I'm notified how to prepare for the surgery, but again NOTHING on post Op recovery, timelines, need to knows about blurry vision, and good luck trying to call anyone at this place with questions. Was the Doctor terrific, yes she is very nice, competent and dedicated. But in my opinion, communication could be vastly improved and call backs shouldn't be days!

I came to the office to discuss options after a severe case of Bell's Palsy left me with a very droopy eyelid on the left side of my face. It had been over a year since I contracted Bell's that was still severely impeding my vision. No options were discussed other than Botox (like eye lid surgery) and since my insurance required pre-approval for Botox injection, I was quickly ushered out of the office. I felt judged by her Barbie doll staff.
