So glad she retired!!!! My mom refused to switch to someone else. Kept showing a place on her leg to Kassens for two years who told her it was fine. No need to take off but even I questioned the look of it. Today we were sent to a surgeon. My mom has melanoma!!!!! If dr kassens has just removed it when my mom first asked we wouldn’t be here today!!!!! Kassens would never remove any place she didn’t think needed it but this place was not symmetrical, bigger than an eraser and was a brown starting to turn black. So glad she stopped practicing. And btw all her files were handwritten do when the new group received my parents records they said they could barely read them!!! So glad she retired!!!! My mom refused to switch to someone else. Came for treatment of actinic keratosis and another condition. She treated them both effectively. Best thing about her is she spent plenty of time with me, asked many questions to make sure she understood what I had come there for. She did NOT bring a computer into the room, but took noted by hand, and then spent the rest of her time actually doctoring me. Excellent. Best and most patiently attentive treatment I've had in many years.

I came in for a simple lesion removal around my lip, she did a bad job on me. Ever day I get angry looking in the mirror and see a terrible job she did on me.

WARNING and BEWARE, I came in for a simple small lesion removal and she left me a permanent scare away from the lesion and did not remove the lesion around my lip. She's not good with her hands and eyes to do surgical work. I could have done a better job, if I did the work myself.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kassens. She is very knowledgeable with what type of skin problems one may have. I have seen Dr.Kassens several times over a period of many years and she is still one of the best Dermatologist one can be seen by.

My daughter and I have seen several area dermatologist in the area, Dr. Kassens is the first one to accurately diagnose her skin issue, for the first time her skin is not the prevailing issues in our lives. I love this woman!

This office is dirty with no HOT water to wash my hands. GROSS!! She also lacks with personality and seems as educated as a door knob.
