Excellent physician, thorough, patient, great listener to takes the time to understand your concerns & explains options & course of treatment. Her staff is excellent as well. I would highly recommend Dr.Kirchner.

I called to make an appointment as a new patient; had the pleasure of speaking to a lady named Angie. Angie was very helpful, friendly and professional. She even helped me with giving me info about my insurance that my own insurance company failed to provide me with! Oh I almost forgot to mention, Angie helped me with everything after she told me that my insurance wouldn't be accepted!!! A+++ customer service! Very pleased with the doctor and employees. I have been a patient of Dr. Kirchner for over 20 years. She is caring and very thorough. One of the best medical doctors I know.

Very outdated!! The office staff is unbelievably rude! I tried to make an appointment for my routine physical. And istead of telling me available dates, she told me that I had missed my last appointment and was extremely snarky. NO STARS IF I CAN!!! Horrible doctor banded me me from her office saying I was an noncompliant patient, because I went to get a second opinion with a doctor that specializes in thyroid. Had her office staff tell me this over the phone. GoodLuck!

I received a call from Dr Kershner’s office to schedule an appointment, and I did but then called back so my wife could also schedule her appointment. The receptionist was horrible & hung up on me when I asked to schedule our appointments together. I called back several times, left messages & got no answer. My wife then called and left a message for the office manager & or the Dr to call her, my wife is still waiting for a return call. I’ve been going there for over 5 years, my wife has been a patient there for over 25 years . Dr Kershner is a good Dr, but her staff is the WORST!!!!!!!! And there’s no way Dr. Kershner doesn’t know this. We have decided to go elsewhere, somewhere, where you don’t dread to call your doctor, especially when your not feeling well and be mistreated by a receptionist or an office manager. Dr. Kirchner is an awesome physician! She listens to all your concerns and is very caring.

Great doctor. During my annual checkup she spends as much time as necessary to answer any questions or concerns I may have about my health. It's now a long haul to her office but I'll make the trip.

WOW!!!! I called to ask a question and the receptionist was really rude! I was looking for a GP and the site says Internal and she said, "That's the same thing, right?" If I was a doctor, I would not be looking for one! Bye, Felicia!

No stars in my opinion. How can doctor who has never treated me or seen me in person make a determination on my disability case? Let alone, report that I had a condition that I did not have. And her people were rude to my primary physician which whom she never spoke to despite my doctor's willingness to set up an appointment time. You may be a great doctor for the patients you see, but your side work is unethical. You put profit over people, shame on you doctor. No stars in my opinion. Dr Kirchner takes care of my dad and I. She is caring and knowledgeable. Her staff is excellent.

Dr. Kirchner has been my physician for 20 years. I have always found her to be friendly, professional and also very straightforward. I know she has my health as a top priority. The staff are always pleasant and will engage in conversation.

After my first visit I was sold on her style. She is warm and compassionate, and not pushy. Her staff, especially Shantrelle, is competent and capable. She has a broad base of medical knowledge but she doesn't force her ideas on a reluctant patient - which I am. She has an interest in finding the best outcome for her patients.

We left Dr Kirchner's practice after being a patient for several years. The reason being her support office staff and office manager are rude and inefficient. Dr Kirchner herself is an excellent personal physician but she is out of touch with the front office mgr's attitude and treatment of her patients. For this specific reason we left and found another physician. The problems began when my wife was requesting referrals needed for other specialty doctors. The office mgr would lie about when referrals had been sent when in actuality there was no record on several occasions with several different referrals to other specialists were never received. When we brought this up to the woman whose job it was to send them she got an attitude and before long there were raised voices and my wife was in tears. In over 45 years married to my wife I have never seen her so much as raise her voice to anyone, especially in this type social situation. Shame on Dr Kitchner for placing her patients in the hands of the nasty and vindictive office mgr. When I requested to speak with Dr Kirchner about this issue I was told that she was not available and that the office manager had discretion over these type matters. Terrific care, thorough, understanding.

I have been going to Dr. Kirchner for years, she is amazing. Takes the time to hear and give you good advice on what to do. Never over prescript medicine, or give you things that you don't need.

I've been seeing Dr. Kirchner for years, she is extremely thorough and seeks to understand all she can about her patient's history, complaints and give them the absolute best care and advise. I recently got an elderly friend on her panel and thank God I did she had experienced sepsis and 3 strokes in March of 2017 and her then Dr. Did absolutely nothing. Thank God for her. My friend was getting far from adequate care and immediately Dr. Kirschner reasearched my friend's records and spent time learning all of her needs and past history. She is a God send. I love her office staff and considering how difficult it is to find reputable, responsible employee's these days she is very fortunate to have the staff she does. I've worked closely with Charlotte on countless occasions reguarding many issues and need for referrals etc. She has done an exceptional job always. As patient's we have to realize we are not the only patient they have; in fact most Drs. Are overloaded and overbook appts. I've never waited to get in to see her longer than 15 minutes where as in other Dr's Offices I've waited hours literally. Sincerely A grateful patient!!! My husband and I have been seeing dr Kirchner for almost 15 years. She is by far the best doctor we’ve had ever. She is a wonderful diagnostician and a careful listener. When you walk into her exam room you can tell she has been reviewing everything about you. How many doctors do that? The staff is great too.

I am very disappointed, I was advised yesterday, that Dr. Kirchner no longer wanted me for a patient because I only come once a year for my physical. I was not given any option on coming in more frequent, I was only advised to find someone else to go to. I am sadden on how I was treated and I was denied to speak to the Doctor.

Dr K has been my Doctor since 2000. She is the best Dr. I ever had and I am 70 years of age. She is the brightest Dr and one of the most caring people I ever met. I now live in Stuart, Fl over 115 miles away and DR K is still my Doctor. Thanks DR K from Dennis Samberg

I am so disappointed with Dr Kirchner's office. I called for a same day appointment as per my emergency room discharge paper that stated to see a doctor if certain symptoms continued. I was told that I am no longer a patient in this office because I never come for a physical, the receptionist said that physicals are mandatory by law. My health issues were never discussed, I was not referred to another doctor nor to the emergency room. I was dropped like an old sock sick and all...

Dr. Kirchner is great. However, her staff is not. I have had so many issues with her office manager, that I finally called it quits after 5 years. The office manager has lectured me over the phone multiple times. She once scolded me for the inconvenience of my insurance provider, when I was only calling to inform them that I had broken a bone (in case they needed to put it in my chart). It's too bad because Dr. Kirchner is very professional and caring doctor.

The office manager at this office named Charlotte is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional I would not recommend anyone to deal with this woman, good luck if you do.

I doubt the doctor ever sees these reviews.....** I was a patient of Dr. Kirchner's a long time ago, maybe 15 years or so, but left her office because she had a horrible nurse (named Arlene). Once, I was having blood drawn and I told Arlene that I tend to faint and would be better off laying down. She told me there was no bed available and I would have to 'just be ok with it'.....I fainted and hit my head. After learning from some co-workers who are current patients of hers (and spoke very highly of Dr. Kirchner) that the nurse was no longer at the office, I tried to return as a patient. I should have known better. I called this past Thursday and spoke with Carolyn who asked me if I was a new patient or had been seen there before. I said I had been there a long time ago and she asked for my DOB so she could look me up in the system. She said there was someone on record with my last name and DOB but with a different first name and asked me if I was sure of the first name. Ummm, I am sure of my first name, just so we're clear. She then told me she would have to find my chart and call me back. Today, Tuesday, I called since she had not called me back. Here's how the conversation went: Me: I spoke with you a few days ago, and am calling back since I haven't heard from your office. I would like to make an appointment. Her: When did you call? Me: Friday, I think Her: I was off Friday Me; Ok....maybe it was Thursday Her: What's your name and DOB? (I gave her the info....she put me on hold for a long time....) Her: The doctor doesn't take back patients that have left and want to return. No matter what the reason for leaving was Me: WHAT?!? I don't understand.... Her: I'm confused, I'm telling you that the doctor doesn't see patients that have left and wish to return Me: (still shocked) Can I leave a message for the doctor to call me? Her: You can, but she's not going to call you 1. WHAT was that??? 2. She actually questioned my knowing my name....like I was lying about it 3. Why didn't she tell me the 'office policy' last week? She is a very thorough doctor, she makes sure I get all my available vaccinations. she prescribes the most appropiate medications for my conditions. She is very personable and helpful and most iportantly knoledgeable

I went to Dr. Kirchner on the recommendation of a friend after a blood pressure related hospitalization. I had not had a physical in 5 years. I told her I avoided doctors at all cost after a lengthy battle with breast cancer. My first hint that she was not the right fit was when I had a physical but wasn't asked to remove ANY clothing. For any problem I told her about, I got a referral. I walked out with 5 referrals and started calling her the doctor who cures nothing.

Dr. Kirchner is thorough and spends a lot of time with the patients. She is easy to talk to and cares about her patients. The office staff is great also.

So, I noticed there are no recent reviews for this office, and thought my opinion didn't match the old reviews. I started seeing Dr. K a few months ago; I hate going to the Dr., but with Jojo and the friendly nurses, the whole in and out is pleasant. I was a patient for over 10 years. i drove way out of my way to see her. i was unable to make it to some appointments and had no problem paying the fee she instituted for missed appointments. today i called because it is the time of year for my annual. i was rudely and callously informed that the doctor had written on my chart she would no longer see me b/c of missed appointments. i said i had no problem paying whatever fee she needed, as i had done before, for the missed appointments. the office could have sent me a letter stating the doctor's decision. i was treated rudely by woman on the other line who stated" i m not going to argue about this with you!" i simply asked what i was supposed to do now and how to retrieve my charts. she told me to find another physician and hung up the phone. i have no faith anymore in this doctor and would not recommend her to anyone. A letter SHOULD have been mailed to me. Informing me of that decision over the phone was very unproffesional and impersonal. Dr. K has been my Doctor for over 15 years. She is a very caring and understanding person, besides being a excellant physician.Because Dr k was so dilligent in reading my wifes blood work, she saved my wife from having unecessary surgery. Dr K was the only one to diagnose her condition as rheumatoid arthritis. The orthopedic specialist wanted to send my wife to another specialist for surgery-if it was not for Dr K, my wife would have went through a lot of unnessary pain and expense.My wife does not speak English and I am ALWAYS allowed to be in the exam room and translate for her.Sometimes the receptionist or one of the other healthcare workers take it upon themselves to tell me I can't go in, but this is NOT Dr K's policy. Dr. Kirchner is a wonderful doctor. She explains everything to you. She looks for affordable ways for treatment for you. She is very caring personable doctor, a hard thing to find these days.

Moved to Miami in May and needed a new primary care doctor. I Googled my address and DR Kirchner's office was very close and she had a good reputation so I chose her. It was easy to get an appointment in a few days. The staff was very nice and thorough. Dr. Kirchner spent a good deal of time getting my history and since I had an upcoming surgery we discussed that as well. She is very professional and caring and thorough. Really seems to enjoy her work and being involved with her patients. Her office isn't fancy and its a small practice.
