Dr. Cedric Pratt

He is an amazing doctor. I felt comfortable with him minutes after my first visit. He corrected my problem and I received great results. Also his staff are all friendly and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needs surgical eye care!

He opened his clinic on a Saturday and was waiting for me outside the front door. I have never met such a caring doctor. He is amazing! Thank you Dr. Pratt!!!

While vacationing at Hot Springs Village I developed a tear in my retina. I was referred to Dr. Pratt by a Hot Springs optometrist.I could not have been happier with Dr. Pratts excellent explanation of what had happened to my eye and his treatment for the condition. The entire staff at his office was very friendly and provided excellent service. My retina specialist in my hometown confirmed that Dr. Pratt had done an excellent job handling the situation . First time we saw him, he was polite. But, our second time, he was very unprofessional. He talked to my dad like he was a child and kept saying little smart remarks to him and about him. He was very impatient. Never said thank you or anything when he was finished. Just walked out, but not without a little smart remark. We will NEVER go to him again. It was totally uncalled for. Dr. Pratt and his staff are unbelieveable. I immediately felt comfortable with everyone involved in my care. He is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to listen to and answer your questions. He explained everything he was doing and what to expect. It is so very rare to have a doctor this devoted to his craft. I cannot recommend him highly enough, but there is no one else I want to see for his specialty!!

This team of ophthalmologists were on their A game. It amazed me as to how they worked together. 5 stars only because 6 is not an option

I became a patient of Dr. Pratt after experiencing my second retinal detachment. My first surgery was in Atlanta. Shortly after returning home the surgery (gas bubble) failed. Dr. Pratt met me on a weekend & determined my retina was redetaching. He quickly scheduled surgery and repaired the damage with a sclera buckle. I’m thankful for his surgical skills but I especially appreciate his kindness and reassurance during the recovery process. Thank you, Dr. Pratt! I was treated exceptionally by EVERY ONE of Dr. PRATTS staff, as well as Dr. PRATT himself. I was very happy with my visit. The only person who wasn't nice was the check in person for a different doctor. Go to the right when entering the office so you get Dr. Pratts staff!

Kind and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience with Dr Pratt. The staff at the clinic and surgery center were caring and professional. Being an RN for 30 + years, I have a different perspective than some . From the day I stepped into his office I felt comfortable with his care. He has a God given gift and obviously loves the work he is doing. I would not hesitate to allow him to care again for me or any of my loved ones.

Omg he is the best!! My mother had developed eye problems from her diabetes and he has helped her tremendously! He gave her options and treated her with a respectful and caring demeanor!! If any problem arises he has been there to take care of it immediately!! I would highly recommend him!!

Emergency retinal surgery during the pandemic, Staff opened the surgical suite and took me immediately upon arrival. Dr. Pratt was awesome with his care, confidence, explanation of the procedure and answering all my questions. A lot of light back and forth getting ready helped calm things down and reassure. An amazing expirence during a very scary event. Cant say enough good things in this limited space about Dr. Pratt and his outstanding staff.

I saw Dr Pratt to get cleared for cataract surgery. He and his staff were very pleasant & thorough. Highly recommend him.

He is amazing!! So are his nurses/assistants!!! They were so helpful when I had a hemmorage in my eye.
