My experience was beyond terrible. They are extremely rude and incompetent. They demanded an excessive amount of medical records even though I had already provided them records and medical notes and labs from my primary care provider. They treated me as if it was some sort of lottery that I was applying for, making it extremely hard, asking for more and more records. Cancelling my appointment several times. Telling me "the doctors are top rated and they don't just see anyone, they need to review the files, and decide etc", even though the insurance company lists them on their profile as specialist. This is a deviation from the standard of care of a specialist, this is extremely uncaring and violative of the patient's rights. So many HIPAA issues as well. I will be filing a complaint as well regarding all those issues I noticed as well. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.
